Let's see, I met my wife (Linda) on AOL back when they still charged by the minute. We met Daisy on Alt 9ish years ago. Unfortunately we lost Linda to cancer a year ago. Most recently, Daisy and I met two people. One here, and the other on Fet.

I met a lot of great play partners here on CM. I've met more relationship-minded men on OKCupid, including B, and I am no longer looking. I'm bisexual and have only formed relationships with women that I've met in real life, often in the strangest places - hitchhiking (that was in the early 80s), an ashram, the beach, in line at JC Penny's. Looking back on casual hookups, I see the common denominator is that alcohol was present.

Can you find serious relationship partners on CM? Yes, I have found 4 counting a referral my friend found for me on CM. Lasting 2 years, 1 year, 3 years and my current which is going on a year now.

I started chatting to Master on cm about three and a half years ago. We chatted for 6 months before meeting, despite only living 20 miles apart. We're in the process of moving into together this year [:D] I haven't met any fakes on cm. A lot of guys who weren't suitable for me, and one or two who were (IMO) total assholes, but no fakes.

met husband here, about 8 yrs ago - I do know of quite a few who met at munches though in fact I was witness to ones meeting for first time at a munch we all attended and months later they are living together and expecting a child

Ok so I mentioned that I met Master here over 7 years ago. I'll add my other relationships: I grew up with my husband. We were neighbors and went to school together, knew the same people, etc....it is a very small town. We knew each other since the age of 7 and were married for 5 years before he passed on. The ex-Dom I met at a munch/play party/whatever the hell it was. We were together for about 4 years. Those have been my only long term committed relationships in my life.

I met my Master here on CM over 2 years ago. We emailed and talked on the phone for the first few months. The first night we met face to face there was instant attraction and we haven't been apart since. All of my previous relationships have been strictly vanilla. I never really knew there was this whole other world of wonderful. A chance comment from a casual friend led me to this site.
