I wouldn't spank him. He enjoys the attention too much.

LaTigresse -> RE: Is the sewing circle taking over the scene ? (6/26/2006 8:12:58 PM)

Usually I like to read until the end of an entire post until I reply... Frankly, I can't wait that long.  Through what I've read so far, there has been argumentative discourse as to what, why, how the OP is trying to say.  It strikes me that he cares very little about any of the details that he's presented on this thread.  It strikes me that what he really wishes to say is:

HEY EVERYONE!  PAY ATTENTION TO ME!!  OVER HERE!!  LOOK AT ME!! LOOK AT ME!!

It's always troubling when you encounter someone that would actually benefit from head trauma.  *shrugs*
That's just my hunch though.

Before I click can you define a "sowing" circle?

Now we know where crop circles come from!

It is feminine to discuss things you have no intention of doing.

Then why does my husband keep saying he'll fix my car?  He never does.  Maybe if I told him he was being feminine it would help.  <snort>

Lordandmaster -> RE: Is the sewing circle taking over the scene ? (6/26/2006 10:42:44 PM)

In my limited experience, "feminine" means having a vagina and "masculine" means having a penis.

Pretty much any other definition is a lot of horseshit.  Oh, unless you're talking about French nouns, but I don't think that's what you're referring to.

It is feminine to depend on your peers for validation. It is feminine to discuss things you have no intention of doing. It is feminine to discuss what other people should do. It is feminine to think a correct solution exists for every problem.

It is masculine to depend on yourself for validation. It is masculine to do things you have no intention of discussing. It is masculine to discuss what other people can do. It is masculine to think a correct problem exists to sink any solution.

reticence -> RE: Is the sewing circle taking over the scene ? (6/26/2006 11:23:54 PM)

Zenofeller,

I really like your tag line.  I wonder if you would mind spelling "believe" correctly?  It kind of spoils the whole message the way you have it.

MissDiandSirHugh -> RE: Is the sewing circle taking over the scene ? (6/27/2006 12:31:43 AM)

May be all those like us that are lost and classed as idiots should have a read of the OPs introduction of him self in that part of the forums.
Any way whats wrong with haveing a sewing circle going it will keep everyone together and their hands busy while they all discuss how to improve this life style and this site.

zenofeller -> RE: Is the sewing circle taking over the scene ? (6/27/2006 1:37:43 AM)

hmm... so sir discipline, do you often lift whole pages of text written by other people without giving credit ? does it make you feel smarter ? adequate ?

who's this gooddobenji that polutes my most valuable thread with his ugly yellowish mug ?

and reticence, that is the point !

Corvinm -> RE: Is the sewing circle taking over the scene ? (6/27/2006 1:50:47 AM)

:chuckles: You're getting your goal whether the thread is "unpolluted" or not. I must admit I found the spelling errors on the website pretty amusing, especially with some of the statements made. I'll give you credit for that.

zenofeller -> RE: Is the sewing circle taking over the scene ? (6/27/2006 2:10:13 AM)

that puts you in the minority, i would venture to guess.

Kree -> RE: Is the sewing circle taking over the scene ? (6/27/2006 5:36:54 AM)

If the real intent is to "understand the people here", there is an excellent way to do that.  It is a lesson learned in business, and perhaps in life, where conversation is important.  To understand someone's point, it is wise to LISTEN as they speak, instead of having your mind racing about what you are going to say/post next.  By listening, one learns, by waiting to pounce with a comment, one learns nothing.

Zenofeller, since you seem to like absolutes and "dont give a fuck what people think of you", I would like to congratulate you on rising to a high level of ignorance.  It is called "aggesssively ignorant"... dumb as a box of rocks and determined to prove it over and over and over.
