'Idiot’ Bilderberg conspiracy theorist Alex Jones disrupts BBC politics show
Bilderberg conspiracy theorist Alex Jones flew into an uncontrollable tirade live on the BBC’s flagship politics programme after host Andrew Neil described him as an “idiot”.

Mr Jones, who runs a conspiracy theory website, began shouting and ranting after the Sunday Politics host told him to “shut it”.

As he screamed “freedom will not stop, you will not stop freedom” Mr Neil tried to bring the show to a close, telling him he was the worst guest ever, then stifling a laugh and pulling faces as he said: “We have an idiot on the programme today.”
Video of Alex Jones

For those who may not know, Alex Jones is one of the patron saints of the conspiracy theorists' subculture in the US.

Personally, I think the BBC made a mistake inviting him on the show, surely they did not expect him to act like a sane individual.

Moonhead -> RE: ALex strikes again (6/15/2013 12:01:59 PM)

We occasionally have colonials over so that there's somebody to mock in a condescending English fashion: why do you think the media should be any different to the posher parts of London?

DomKen -> RE: ALex strikes again (6/15/2013 1:45:53 PM)

Of course Jones acts like a blithering idiot. That's how he makes a living.

But I was thinking about something when I read the story accompanying the video. What kind of secret organization would let people know when and where it meets and who is attending those meetings? Just how incredibly stupid are the true believers in these sorts of conspiracy theories?

Moonhead -> RE: ALex strikes again (6/15/2013 2:04:23 PM)

Very stupid indeed: why else would they take any of that nonsense seriously?

Alex is a hero and a patriot. I love that he forced them to admit bilderberg existed.

Forced? Bilderberg has been public knowledge for it's entire existence.

pahunkboy -> RE: ALex strikes again (6/15/2013 2:52:33 PM)

I have all of his movies, read all of his books, and subscribe to his TV station. I love him.

Yup, he is a hero and patriot. He sells a water filter that removes detectable levels of lead, mercury, arsenic and other demonic poisons from our water.

Great, wonderful, terrific even.

But...

Beyond Tangy Tangerine, the health food drink he praises, lists as part of their ingredients lead, mercury and arsenic?? Alex Jones is pitching a water filtration system to remove the very same chemicals found in the nutritional drink he wants us to ingest?? Yes!

So he wants you to take the poisons out of the drinking water so you can get them in a health food drink he pitches.

Clean water is a good thing YES! I buy mine out- because I do not want the fluoride. I buy 6 state RO water at Weis- it is .35 a gallon. I buy 18 gallons at a time. My brother describes me as a minimalist, my usual MO when I learn of a product I want is to research it-

I could probably not do laundry for 4 months- because I have that much clothes. So I am budget conscious.

Most products I have no interest in. I dont listen to him to decide how to shop. I listen to learn about the white papers, and his mind expanding documentaries of the globalist NWO- and how it is all connected to monetary policy and the banksters.

Incidentally- 5 houses on my block wont drink the city water here--- nor will the police chief....

As I understand it, you live in Pennsylvania, and many cities have old water systems with lead pipes. Since lead leaches out of the pipes into the water, I would not drink it either.

I get my water from a rural water co-op that went into service in the 70's, a completely new system independent of the city water supply. The co-op draws its water from two private reservoirs and a number of wells that go into an aquifer that once was famous for being the only water Lone Star beer used to brew with.

I also have two deep wells that use a wind and solar powered pump to draw water. The water goes into a 6000 gallon holding tank that has an aerator and is used on my vegetable garden, yard and will be expanded to handle the water for a small lot to keep a steer for slaughter.

pahunkboy -> RE: ALex strikes again (6/15/2013 3:36:50 PM)

I'll buy that.

But specifically- the city adds fluoride to the water. Our activist group plans to change that after the election.

Do you use toothpaste? Mouthwash? any oral hygiene products?

tazzygirl -> RE: ALex strikes again (6/15/2013 3:45:49 PM)

I find it very interesting that Alex endorces a product that contains some of the very things he preaches against. Fluorine? Might as well keep the fluoride in the water and toothpaste.

Fluoride is a topical thing- not to be ingested.

Our local activist group - has considered some of Alexes ideas in our goals. We go to actual city and county meeting and we speak to the issues.

I am totally ok with you deciding what is best for your community- I firmly believe in local control.

It also helps that I am friends with one of the county commissioners.

Either way- it is not relevent to me. I drink coffee, milk, water. That is it. I do not consume drinks.

Im not sure the CNN endorses everything in its commercials.

I am not really interested in him telling me what products to buy- I am a minimalist. I am tho interested in being a force for positive change on the local level- like I said there are about 25 of us. You might think 25 is not enough- consider tho the guy at Tinenman square that held a line of tanks.

If that is how you feel- then you need to go to your next city council meeting and speak up. Anyone can bang out posts on a message board.

Get out and make your town a better place!

tazzygirl -> RE: ALex strikes again (6/15/2013 4:02:57 PM)

lol.. I was referring to Alex's

pahunkboy -> RE: ALex strikes again (6/15/2013 4:04:38 PM)

..and if you have no say so at the local level- how do you expect to have any say so at the state or national level?

Everything is PLANNED OUT FOR YOU. The governance is decided FOR YOU. Even if you can handle a city level meeting-how about things on your block? Reach out to your neighbors and make your block a better place.

Or not.
