Some people smoke because they enjoy it and don't feel the need to quit because others find it offensive.  I am a smoker and a BBW...big deal...I work outside my home, I pay my bills and I enjoy smoking.  It is a personal preference...if you don't like that a person smokes or is overweight....find someone who is neither of these things.

Again I will state that I was not so much offended by the OP's comment...but I do agree that it could have been worded differently if he didn't want people to be offended by it.

And some people who are overweight eat normal portions or very little and are still big.  I walk, swim, go out dancing and eat normal portions of good foods...i.e. broccoli, salads...etc.., but I am still a BBW.  Fact of my life and I have accepted it.

I don't think that this thread will ever die because people keep coming on and making new comments or commenting on other people's comments...but to come on here and constantly say "I wish this thread would die" seems kind of redundant considering you are STILL posting on this thread as well.

I have had relationships with women who are far slimmer than me and where i am far slimmer than them - have i preferred the slimmer ladies to the larger ladies - not at all or i would not have dated those larger ladies. I have found however that generally those larger ladies i met would have preferred to be slimmer not just because of how society views them but because of how they view themselves. I do think the internet and bdsm attract personalities that have some weakness (and i accept that i am a part of both communities) - i think there is mileage in the idea that larger ladies may find it easier to be accepted online and in bdsm where no matter what you might say the sub/dom concept implies that one party is inferior to another - a concern i have is that people may take advantage of this - some bdsm behaviour is particularly violent - are some women submitting to this behaviour because they feel they are larger and deserve not to be treated as well as others? If that is the case then that appears to me to be abuse of those women.
My question was not meant to offend larger ladies ( it was about women as i have little interest in the men in the bdsm world and do not see their profiles etc.) - none have hurt me what would i gain from hurting them? If i caused any larger ladies offence then i apologise - if i caused them to think a little then i am pleased.
Ultimately being too heavy is not good for you - i think deep down people know that - life is easier for all sorts of reasons - physical and mental
In summary - do i like bbw women? I like women and because i like women i want what is best for them and in many instances this is not to be quite so big. For those that have children - think what you would want for your children
