Isn't it abandoning the "rule of law" to 'game' the Jury Instructions to disallow the charge Zimmerman was actually guilty of, culpable negligence leading to manslaughter? The Jury Instructions specified manslaughter by act, which they couldn't meet. I call this the "Amadou Diallo Move". Everything looks honest, but there's no way the jury can return a guilty verdict. Sure you end up with Jurors complaining about it occasionally, but no one really listens. Face it, no-one gives a shit about another dead N*gger, so the State of Florida -- when dragged into court -- put on a good show, and got the result everyone expected. Thing is, in New York, you got to be a cop to get this kind of softball prosecution. Florida. America's Wang.
