if Zimmy made it his specific task to follow Martin, he would be breaking the law here.

If the act of following Trayvon in order to be able to report his location to the police was illegal, it would have been included in the charges. The prosecution even made a "Hail Mary" pitch for child abuse.

What safety was that when you consider he had a younger brother at home?

How about the walls and a locked door for starters?

K.

tazzygirl -> RE: UNMODERATED ZIMMERMAN (7/13/2013 8:53:40 AM)

Sorry, I wouldnt lead anyone who was following me back to a house where its only me and my younger brother.. and I had a brother 8 years younger than me.

mnottertail -> RE: UNMODERATED ZIMMERMAN (7/13/2013 8:53:53 AM)

Do you think he could have gotten all the doors locked and cages up in the windows before Zimmerman kicked in and shot him dead?

Or is fanciful hyperbole the order of the day here?

Crank it back a few assumptions. [:D]

Prior to your assumptions of safety in the house, the few seconds and all that horseshit? Or where do you want to crank it to? Prior to Zimmerman stalking him, when Trayvon was on his way home minding his own business? Or where do you want to crank the assumptions back to?

oh ffs, if you are being followed/stalked the last thing in the fn world you want is for that person to find out where you live... there is no way I would have gone home had I been in Martin's shoes..

What Should I Do If I Am Being Stalked?
If someone is following you, never go home.

I hope no one here/or there loved ones, is every chased down a street on a dark night.

So do I. But if it happens, I hope they're within a few-second sprint to the safety of their front door and home, like Trayvon was.

K.

It has already been pointed out, in several previous posts, why a person, such as Martin in this instance, who is trying to evade somebody displaying criminal behavior, as Zimmerman conspicuously was, might go to some length to not let the pursuer know where he or his family live.

I was 2 blocks away from home the night I described earlier, there was no way I was allowing those thugs to follow me home.
{See post #233}

Even if it meant my life.

Later when I went home, I wondered what if they drove around looking for my car?
I was fearful for years, even without them following me home.

In other words, you couldn't find any example of the claim that you made about me posting anything racist, so you chose to lie about it, complete with bogus link to thread I didn't even post in.

When the blatanly racist lie is put forth that all La Raza people are violent racist traitors, I'll debunk that racist myth... that's all.

Here you go then: start with this thread, then work your way back.
There's loads of this stuff to choose from. Off you go.

When did I name you as an offender?
I was just pointing out if it isn't a dead thug, then many of the people who are braying racism about picking on a poor hispanic would be having a go at him and insisting that the only reason he wouldn't get sent down is the race card.

Zimmerman soon regained sight of Trayvon.

End of Trayvon.

Well, that is an assumption, dial that fucker back. Absolutely no evidence of that. Zimmermans word, thats it, and it is worthless.

Moonhead -> RE: UNMODERATED ZIMMERMAN (7/13/2013 9:15:46 AM)

And even if he had lost sight of Martin, did the dead thug know this?

Thanks tazzy, I totally believe Trayvon was targeted.
seriously
he was guility of wwb, {walking while black} around the neighborhood.

Have we heard stories of Zim chasing other people, in all his days of walking his beat?

We have heard stories of him calling in waiting and they got away before the police arrived.

Edwynn -> RE: UNMODERATED ZIMMERMAN (7/13/2013 9:25:56 AM)

That open garage door that Zimmerman called in to the police never went anywhere.

But the stray dog that he called in probably scampered off, to evade the justice system.

I have said repeatedly that Martin would also have a good self defense plea

Not if he threw the first punch. It's not self defence if you throw the first punch, and Zimmermans allegation is that the little thug wannabe threw the first punch. There's no evidence to disprove that; in spite of what all the assclowns who believe following someone is "instigating" or a crime want to believe.

BUT

I agree that if the roles were reversed you would be absolutely correct. If Zimmerman threw the first punch and was beating the little wannabes head into the concrete and got himself killed.... then thuggy-dead-kid would indeed have a good self-defence case.

-SD-

If when Zimmerman reached for his cell phone Martin believed he was going for a weapon it also changes things.

Kirata -> RE: UNMODERATED ZIMMERMAN (7/13/2013 9:26:46 AM)

I read it as bad judgments based on mistaken perceptions on both sides, and a tragic ending. Y'all can carry on lynching the "racist" or the dead "thug" according to your preferences.

There is no certifiable evidence as to who struck whom first. There is, however, indisputable evidence that the armed chickenshit pussy instigated the whole affair,

No there isn't. And no matter how many times you claim it doesn't make it true.

And following does not equal stalking, again no matter how many times you say it.

Did Zimmerman, in his call to the 911 dispatcher, say "hello? Yeah, um, I'm being followed by this young black guy."?

No, he stated plainly that he (Z man) was watching this guy who was 'up to no good,' and then we hear his (Zimmerman's) footsteps clearly as he initiates his stalking, updating his stalking progress to the dispatcher as he went, and hear T Martin explaining to his friend about being stalked by the shaved-head creep in a red sweatshirt.

This is clearly heard in the 911 call, and in the cell phone call of Martin to his friend, no matter how many times you deny it.

What did the 911 dispatcher mean when he said "We don't need you to do that"? That Zimmerman should quit being followed by the 'suspect'? Are you daft?

Whether termed 'following' or 'stalking,' neither is socially acceptable behavior, and either or both are considered as threatening behavior in any normal society, no matter how many times you reiterate your denial of reality.

He met none of the criteria for stalking the first of which is it had to happen repeatedly

Which is probably why the settlement with that community was so quick. Can you guess why?
