You cant say that... you cant even prove that. You have no idea where Martin was... nor where Z was in relationship. Martin could have easily stepped out of where he was and been in the immediately eye sight of Z. Lets not go down this road... there are way too many possible scenarios we both could give.

Despite the fact that he didn't live there and might not have had that solid a grasp on the way the neigbourhood was laid out? Stalking requires more than one incident see how it works? not in my book it doesnt.. it has happened to me and it takes only one time for me to be alert and on the lookout for the stalker and to even drive around the block when I would go home to make sure the stalker has not found me/where I live..

Don't go straight home. This will show the person where you live and is especially dangerous if you live alone. Try to go to a neighbor's house, a friend's house or another family member's house, where you know there will be other people to answer the door and take care of you. http://www.wikihow.com/Avoid-an-Attack-if-You-Think-You're-Being-Followed Not a stalker.

Trayvon Martin either waited out of sight at the "T" or doubled back to the "T" after going home. The clear-cut evidence are the cell-phone records of Zimmerman's call to 911 and Martin's 'girlfriend's call to Martin, which indicate that from the time Zimmerman told 911 that he lost sight of Martin (when Martin turned right/South at the "T" and disappeared between the buildings) until the time Martin's 'girlfriend' said she heard a bump/thump just before the call ended, Martin had FOUR MINUTES to continue running/walking South less than 400 feet from the "T" to get home. Yes, he had time to get home, but he apparently chose to hide instead. According to Zimmerman's original statement to Singleton, he first saw Martin when he popped up out of the bushes. Singleton had him elaborate on that point. Zimmerman's statement is bolstered by Rachel Jeantel's statements and testimony when she said Martin started talking "real low" like someone whispering while in hiding, and also bolstered when she said Martin told her the man was getting close. So apparently he feared he would be found and decided to step out and ask why he was being followed. It's difficult to "run home" when you are hiding in the bushes from a stalker. And talking about "time to do" something, Zimmerman had about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes from the time the NEN operator suggested he not follow Martin until the NEN call ended. Way more than enough time to walk back to his truck. Plus another 2 minutes or so, in which he could also have walked back to his truck before Martin's call was cut off. For those same four minutes that Martin "could have run home", Zimmerman stayed in the area, out in the rain, searching for Martin.
