There is so much wrong about your post that my response is a two part response. At least.
1) I realize how messed up it is to not be truthful and let you know this un-justified "trial" was race triggered and it's correct and the understanding general acknowledgement of this is sign of an awakening in the white community to the excesses and abuses fostered on all Americans by some leaders of the Black Community and by blacks who foolishly think they can assault anyone and get away with and when stopped they cry "racism", a card that has no playing value anymore.
2) In case you were out to lunch all day yesterday, there was no "murder". Time to live in reality.

The original argument was that Z would use the SYG defense. HAD he done so, he wouldnt have gotten off. BECAUSE his initial claim was SYG, it deserved a trial. He changed it up just before the trial began... too late by that point. We might have saved a whole lot of time and energy had HIS defense not played so many games.
