Anyone with any medical expertise at all would know why there is no comparison between the swelling of rhinoplasty, and a punch to the nose. Look a pro boxers in the minutes between the end of a fight, and the press conference.

Of course this is the same medical expert how thinks that a bullet always spray copious amounts of blood, like TV.
Same one who posted repeatedly that Zimmerman had no injuries that night, that the police photos proved it. Then she shifted to saying that there was no swelling the next day, so he lied about being injured.

This was in between announcing that the tin foil hat 'audio experts' who were laughed out of court were 'peer reviewed scientists', and the FBI lab people were 'doubtful'.

Now that she's painted herself (again) into a corner with her own racist paintbrush, all she's got is these teenybopper internet denial games.

Zimmerman got justice, he was innocent. A guilty man doesn't thank God after the police tell him in questioning they got it all on tape. Case closed! Treyvon could have walked away and he didn't. Zimmerman obviously wasn't out to murder a black kid that night. It takes two to tango, Treyvon picked the wrong guy to tango with - a lesson for us all. Be careful who you F with.

The real issue are these moronic protesters upset about one dead black kid while since the shooting approx. 11,000 blacks have died at the hands of OTHER BLACKS (506 days shooting to verdict). The black community has a serious problem and if we're going to make this a race thing than lets "keep it real." Whitie isn't going around shooting black people, black people are.

And that is realer than real deal holyfield.

I carried the M9 for years... can't seem to recall anyone telling me that it wouldn't stop a dog. Same ammo feeds into my friend's Kel Tec 9mm.

I wonder how all of those FBI ballistic gel tests after the Miami shootout, and oll those military tests could have been so wrong, and our internet expert be so right?

As to you saying you'd carry a .45 that is my point you wouldn't rely on a such a weapon for defense against a dog.

If it is what I have so it is what I would use.
Better too much than not enough.
9mm is the standard sidearm for NATO someone must like it.
It is more widely carried than the .45
Not my choice but it was enough for Zimmerman wasn't it.

Back up the bullshit with a link to a post...

Based upon the photos available at that time, they didnt show injuries, or did you fotget that little tidbit.. wasnt until they released more photos that the injuries became apparent.

Either way, the prosecution team for OJ was bizarre. Marcia Clark couldn't even get a conviction on the Menendez brothers the first time around, *with a valid confession*.

Ito should have been dragged out by the clown from the Gong Show.

The detectives who jumped the fence 'looking for other victims' and then ransacked nightstand drawers made Furman look like Joe Friday integritywise.

And the case was winnable. Purely on the trace amounts of blood on OJ, he was either there, or in intimate contact with someone who was.

No comparison to the attempt at a railroading by Corey's crew.

How can this be, more experts agreeing with me when at least 4 people have told me I am an idiot in just the last 24 hours

Opposite end of the spectrum on one end people who couldn't get a conviction in the Garfield assassination (in front of hundreds of witnesses and captured on the spot) and at the other people trying to make evidence out of nothing.

I am really surprised at how many of you domly men continue on agreeing with a racist coward... but there ya go. I, for one, am glad this thread was left unmoderated. It has really shown me the honor many men do not have, the intellectual dishonesty displayed at every turn, the winking and nodding, the back patting to score political points with someone who has displayed every form of racism and bigotry to the extreme.

Congrats fellas, I have lost massive amounts of respect for many of you.

(Attempted kidnapping? Really?),what factual evidence are you basing the contention that Z confronted and tried to subdue M on?

Zimmerman's 911 call. "These assholes always get away," as Zimmerman breathes heavily, and the quite audible footsteps along with the commensurate respiration are indisputable evidence of pursuit on Zimmerman's part.

Pursuit has either nefarious or LE meaning behind it, one or the other.

A red sweatshirt-wearing skinhead mumbling nefarious intent would not evince "LEO" to most citizens, certainly not me or anyone I grew up with.

If you are a LEO, then it's called being held for questioning or being under arrest. If you are not a LEO, then it's attempted kidnapping.

That's just how it works.

Zimmerman got kicked out of the Criminal Justice course at the community college for being a danger to the whole campus.

Keep that in mind.

Do you think a 9mm short will penetrate a human skull at 15 or 20 feet? Are you willing to bet your life on that?

Three problems with the post

1 you don't aim at the head but a central body mass so your question is irrelevant

2 according to this site his gun only comes in 9mm Lugar

Kel-Tec PF-9www.keltecweapons.com/our-guns/pistols/pf-9

and since this is the manufacturers site your Question is irrelevant

3  I just told you I would be carrying  a .45  so your question is irrelevant

My bad. but even 9mm luger is a pretty pathetic cartridge. And the reason I asked about penetrating a skull is because if you're shooting at a charging dog, the scenario that started this, the skull is the likely target.

As to you saying you'd carry a .45 that is my point you wouldn't rely on a such a weapon for defense against a dog.

If you're shooting at a charging dog, you shoot center mass unless you're a 'real' operator. And while the 9mm in standard NATO drag is a bit wimpy, there are much better loads on the market.

Problem one at no point did Zimmerman express any intent to apprehend or hold Martin. Thus it was following not pursuing.   Problem two Had he done so it would have been citizens arrest unless he drug Martin away and imprisoned him.Holding someone for the police is not kidnapping  That is just how it works.

First, you say that Z had no intent of holding M, then you say that if were were to hold him for the police, then he was in the right.

The fact is that Z knew full well that the police were on the way, and Z was NOT the police, and had no right to 'hold' him, even though evreyone arguing Z's case say that Z was not making any attempt at all to pursue or hold.

You're not the first to say it:

"Zimmerman absolutely did not do it, but he had every right to do it anyway, what he did just up to the incident."

Wasn't picking on you for that one (as I hope you know).

We disagree in just about every other imaginable way possible, but seeing the good where I find it is part of my nature, if not often enough or evident enough.

I don't care how out-of-context my reading of it was, but the statement that "it was either a lawyer or Dennis Miller" just made my day.

Ah .. we've now located the entire source of the problem. You don't understand what 'evidence' means. Zimmerman breathing heavy might be evidence of being out of shape - but it is conjecture (guessing, wild-assed speculation) to call it pursuit.

Lets see if you understand logic.
Your statement was "Pursuit has either nefarious or LE meaning behind it, one or the other."

So, by your statement the "pursuit of happiness" in the preamble to the constitution has either LE meaning or is nefarious. Please tell me more.

And clearly you've never heard of citizen's arrest either. Not that I'm saying that Zimmerman had the legal authority to make a citizens arrest (absent a felony in progress he probably didn't). Just pointing out that there are circumstances beyond which your philosophy fits.

And yeah. Travon was obviously afraid of the pillsbury doughboy. You know - because the cell phone transcripts say so. Oh wait. They don't. I made that up. Just like everything else in your factless diatribe.
