I have read a bunch of Ayoobs advice, and agree with much of writings on technique and such. However, I completely disagree with part of the advice you attributed to him. If I am ever involved in a shooting, I will try afterwards, as possible, to get a witness list. that list will remain in my possession until I give it to my lawyer to be vetted. Same pretty much for evidence. Give them nothing.

according to a dailycaller article yeah. However I went and had a look at where their data came from, and nope, it aint right since first of all: The Times asked questions about each conflict: Who was armed? Who started the fight? It also recorded the race, age and sex of those involved and the case outcome. Hispanics often are listed as white or black because many police agencies record only race, not ethnicity. and secondly, I could not get to that data even drilling way down, it was a facelook. Nope, I would say the stats on SYG are not credible from the dailycaller.

You were claiming that I wanted pitch forks, etc. Being that there was nothing to indicate that as my intention in the matter, I just called you out on your idiocy or otherwise lack of comprehension 'skills.' Yeah, I take that back; what you said was not 'kinda' fucked up, just completely fucked up. Who needs pitchforks, after this? What is established by all this is that you are entitled to go looking for whatever trouble you seek, and who needs a pitchfork. They give guns to people with a well established record of violence and pathological antisocial behavior. Which is a strike against every responsible gun owner. Even if I had the intent you presume, I could get any gun I wanted for the purpose. Who needs a freakin' pitchfork? Just because you openly advocate mentally unstable people carrying guns and harassing everyday citizens as a matter of course does not mean that people opposed to that dystopian scenario are carrying pitchforks. It may seem cold, but there are reasons you wouldn't want to try to render assistance. One being that if you just shot them, and then are seen kneeling over them, it could be inferred you were trying to 'finish the job'. Another reason is that they might still have some fight left and a weapon on them and you could end up shot or stabbed (which you were trying to avoid in the first place). No, better to call for aid, and if someone else comes along, let them try to help. I know it doesn't seem nice, but that's the way it goes sometimes.

What all your posts in the aggregate make crystal clear, is that you are advocating a double standard in the legal system. You want the Constitution for yourself, but not for Zimmerman. And the 'reasons' you give for Zimmerman to be denied his rights turn out to be specious (adjudicated a danger, when in fact, he's just on a common prescription meds, etc.), that leaves the suspicion that there is something else fueling your contempt for Zimmerman, other than the truth and the facts. The transcripts of the phone calls are posted, the testimony was heard by millions, the lies have all been debunked, the honestly rendered verdict that no murder was done is confirmed... and here you are repeating falsehood after falsehood. Unless you know Zimmerman personally, your axe to grind is based on something about him. Is it his clothes?
