Which affirmation of is just what transpired here.

You were claiming that I wanted pitch forks, etc. Being that there was nothing to indicate that as my intention in the matter, I just called you out on your idiocy or otherwise lack of comprehension 'skills.' Yeah, I take that back; what you said was not 'kinda' fucked up, just completely fucked up.

Who needs pitchforks, after this?

What is established by all this is that you are entitled to go looking for whatever trouble you seek, and who needs a pitchfork. They give guns to people with a well established record of violence and pathological antisocial behavior. Which is a strike against every responsible gun owner.

Even if I had the intent you presume, I could get any gun I wanted for the purpose. Who needs a freakin' pitchfork?

Just because you openly advocate mentally unstable people carrying guns and harassing everyday citizens as a matter of course does not mean that people opposed to that dystopian scenario are carrying pitchforks.

Project much?

Ciao.

You ever see a movie dude? You know, the old ones where they show the villagers attacking the monster with pitchforks and torches.
That's mob rule.
What I used is what people call "imagery."

Again-your comments re mentally unstable are completely untrue and manufactured. Further, who says anyone harassed anyone? We have no proof of that.In fact, we have proof of pretty much nada. What evidence (You know, that pesky stuff you ignore) we do have closely correlates Z's statement.

I love how you put words in people's mouths.Find me a post,any post, in which I say anything even close to what you are saying. You won't. You can't. And you know it. I've been straightforward and consistent since post one. So instead you manufacture blarney,shift goalposts,ignore the evidence, and generally, your posts all contain appeals to emotion, because you don't have squat to back up anything except your self imposed ignorance.

Not to mention the frequent resorting to personal attacks, which don't do nada to me, but sure tell us lots about you.

Just saying...

FREE ZIMMERMAN!
it's done, put a fork in it.

As an example, a state might try a defendant for murder, after which the Federal government might try the same defendant for a Federal crime (perhaps a civil rights violation or a kidnapping) connected to the same act. For example, the officers of the Los Angeles Police Department who were charged with assaulting Rodney King in 1991 were acquitted by a jury of the Superior Court, but some were later convicted and sentenced in Federal court for violating King's civil rights. Similar legal processes were used for prosecuting racially motivated crimes in the Southern United States in the 1960s during the time of the Civil Rights movement, when those crimes had not been actively prosecuted, or had resulted in acquittals by juries that were thought to be racist or overly sympathetic with the accused in local courts.

Powergamz1 -> RE: UNMODERATED ZIMMERMAN (7/17/2013 4:07:40 PM)

It's not done.

Now we have the black AG working for a black President, calling for a return to Jim Crow era 'must retreat' laws on self defense...

quote:

He said, “We must examine laws that take this further by eliminating the common sense and age-old requirement that people who feel threatened have a duty to retreat, outside their home, if they can do so safely.”

http://www.latimes.com/news/politics/la-pn-eric-holder-stand-your-ground-20130716,0,7760873.story?track=rss

Age old? Age fucking old? Like the 'age old' rebel flags on state flags? like the 'age old' poll taxes and literacy tests'? Like the age old segregated schools, water fountains and so forth?

The world has gone fucking mad.

Oh wait, no it hasn't... Holder has his gun.. and badge.. and bodyguards.. and his millions of dollars... and his political clout.

Nevermiiiind... Same as it ever was.

So have I. Has Huffinpoo been accused to paying women to make up stories?

Speaking of the Puffington Host, they just published an interview with Rachel Jeantel in which she states that she believes Trayvon attacked Zimmerman.

Yeah, well, we've already turned it topsy turvy in that what was formerly considered defending oneself against aggression is now considered an 'attack.'

If I had the means to defend myself against pervs like Zimmerman (or in fact the pervs that actually attempted molestation when I was 10-13 yrs. old), I would have beaten the holy crap out of that MF, and pardon if a skinhead red sweatshirt-wearing nut case might not have come across as any different than Zimmerman (oh wait ... he was in fact a gun-toting skinhead wearing a sloppy red sweatshirt.)

Oh, shut me up, how could anybody be worried about such a thing?

Silly me.

Sure. But Holder's own FBI found that there was nothing racial against the shooting. Had 45 agents pour throw every iota of Z's life. They even issued a report and all.
That's gonna look kinda weird, his own agents testifying for the defense in a civil rights case.

Not that it matters much to most people (Not you Taz, I know you dialogue), but the Sanford police and the Jury found the same.

tazzygirl -> RE: UNMODERATED ZIMMERMAN (7/17/2013 4:19:18 PM)

Oh, Im not saying that will happen to Z at all. Just the idea that people believe once a verdict is in, thats it. That isnt always the case. I think the attitude that "its all done" is a ridiculous one.

Powergamz1 -> RE: UNMODERATED ZIMMERMAN (7/17/2013 4:21:59 PM)

Since every thing else in that rant was an already disproven lie, should we take that you lied about someone attempting to molest you as well?

I'm not sure you are painting the self portrait you intended, but it does seem faithful.

2 incidents of not tipping -= blamed in the verdict.

I see no point to punish a waitress who had nothing to do with the matter.

Notice that questions about what facts a federal prosecution would be based on have gone unanswered, before the bleating starts back up again a few pages later.

It may seem cold, but there are reasons you wouldn't want to try to render assistance. One being that if you just shot them, and then are seen kneeling over them, it could be inferred you were trying to 'finish the job'. Another reason is that they might still have some fight left and a weapon on them and you could end up shot or stabbed (which you were trying to avoid in the first place). No, better to call for aid, and if someone else comes along, let them try to help. I know it doesn't seem nice, but that's the way it goes sometimes.

I think if you are trying to help someone who is shot/hurt its gonna look different than "finishing the guy".. well,.. not unless you have your hands around his throat and are throttling.. I think it was pretty obvious (based on Zimmys own statements and first on the scene) that the kid was not moving or had any "fight" left in him, not to mention, the kid didnt have any gun or knife, just skittles and his cell.. and according to a statement Zimmy made, he was on top of Martin and spread his arms out, so I think its safe to say the kid had no fight at all.. the cops that got there first did try to render aid to the kid (they obviously also didnt feel the kid had any "fight" left in him).. I have heard of other people that shot someone who was attacking them and they tried to help that person until the ambulance got there.. for a guy that wanted to be a cop, where helping hurt people is part of the job until paramedics etc get there.. it just struck me he behaved very oddly, coldly and imo he lied cuz he knew the kid was already dead (which is why he was pacing and trying to get his embelished story straight in his mind for the cops).. I dunno.. if you shot someone who is just laying there bleeding, you would just stand there with your hands in your pocket? or is that the way everyone in this society is like? ok, then.. [8|]

If you are too lazy to do a search on "Zimmerman attacks fiance" or "Zimmerman charged with assault on police and resisting arrest" or any other of numerous accounts of "Zimmerman history of violence," and the phone logs of his 46 calls to the police, then that's your blindness to the evidence, not mine.

And you want this guy loose on the street? With a gun?

All I can say is, I'm glad to live as far away from you and your ilk as possible.

That NBC defamation is going to be easy as hell to prove and there is no way in hell that case is going to go to the jury. That shit is going to be settled. Because nbc's insurance company does NOT want the potentially ridiculous damages a jury might award to a man that is now in fear for his life.

Especailly since NBC's hatchet edit job.

Powergamz1 -> RE: UNMODERATED ZIMMERMAN (7/17/2013 4:52:10 PM)

The only valid search terms re:your claims, would be "Zimmerman convicted felon", or "Zimmerman adjudicated a danger".
