Okay, I get the "My realm" part, she is a legend in her own mind, and her realm is there as well.

"inter build steal with the Queens own hands" is a bit harder, but....

inter means to place in the earth, or a burial.

build- to construct, in some ways a direct counter point to "inter" so by my reasoning, she has essentially cancelled out the first word, so she is saying absolutely nothing.

The real message is "steal with the queens own hands."

steal=theft

queens=plural of queen, unless she meant queen's for the possessive...

so the message is essentially the double talk usually used by politicians to avoid actually saying anything.

I suspect we are dealing with a drag queen politician.
