I grew up with out much physical affection, lots of abuse at the hands of my father, but the only people I killed were when I was in the army and under orders.

This is a bunch of crap. These two chose to be what they are. Maybe if they had more discipline they might have made better choices.

Not what I am saying at all, and I think you know that. What we often see as "proof" later turns into something else. Is it likely in this case? No. But without a trial, are we really willing to kill people for what we assume is a crime? At least with a guilty verdict.....
