Because saying its implausible without knowing factually isnt in his client's best interests. All avenues of defense should be explored.


Maybe the lawyer making a mistake such as this was the best defense of his client? Get him off on a technicality?

I was speaking more about the actions of the lawyer. Isnt it his job to provide the best defense possible? Yet here he is, stating that a possible defense isnt "plausible"?

Apparently your source left out the part of his statement where he claimed there is nothing linking the suspects to the scene. He apparently is going to claim they didn't do it. The other guys letter is an admission of guilt albeit laying the groundwork for manslaughter . This by his claim that he made sure the victim was alive when they left.

I will also point out that I never once claimed either were innocent. But, for fuck sake, shouldnt there be a guilty verdict before you both decide in what horrific manner they should die?

Again since you seem to be deaf we have talked about what the killers deserve, you don't seem to understand the difference between the killers and the accused.

Unlike many on here if compelling evidence comes up showing I am wrong I will be glad to defend them, but nothing has come out in their favor.

Status: offline 		Maybe the Attorneys said "Hey, it's very improbable that a WW2 Vet that is 88 years old is a DRUG DEALER .-." You know looking at that normally, it doesn't seem..ya know, realistic... at all.
