Yeah its this myth that wannabe doms peddle around, that they have subs/slaves who cum on command.

It's complete tosh mind you and only a fool would believe so. What you don't know is that the sub has been kept on edge for days or weeks and if you looked at her the wrong way she would orgasm immediately. This is the key factor here.

OP, can't really help you out there since I don't do schedules. I'm more spontaneous in that regard and prefer to utilize Edging, along with Tease & Denial. My last sub offered to start wearing a CB chastity device while he was at work, but that would have been during the weekday. I considered it for a couple weeks, then decided I didn't want to go down the path of turning him into a chastity slave. (I'm lazy that way, too much extra work checking in on him, they can always cheat, then you have to schedule milkings and be concerned about maintaining personal hygiene adequately.) I'd rather stay secure in the knowledge that I can trust my partner without having to go through a whole song & dance routine. If you do proceed down the chastity route, it should be with a Mistress who has already collared & owns you in RT, not some remote or cyber monitoring deal, otherwise her motives may not be in the right place. Don't expect someone you barely know to take on becoming your Keyholder for free.

How well it works varies depending on her mood and how stimulated she is. If she's down, it barely works, although a couple repetitions gets her mood into proper order quick. I can't say that I understand the female orgasm well enough in the first place to be able to fully understand the differences. It's kind of its own type of orgasm though.

FRs~ Since there's already a current thread on this forum re Male Chastity (http://www.collarchat.com/m_4517411/tm.htm), I wanted to make sure OP wasn't asking his Q within this context. Hence being in a state of quasi-limbo. Meanwhile, I checked out portions of Dr. Jen's blog, thanks to RM1, and this is what she had to say, after differentiating between those who have little to no sexual desire with those who are in an intimate relationship together:
