Alright you stupid shits, you got a fucking exotic dog without checking the local ordinances, fine. Pay the fucking fine and get the damn permit and eat some fucking crow. Do not, as some shit head did, and turn the dog out to fend for itself, so that some shelter ends up paying a shit ton of vet bills because you were a heartless ass. You dont know how much pain and heartache you have caused. See after the poor animal is treated by the vet, someone like me steps up to foster and rehabilitate the dog. And this little girl is going to need a lot of tlc. After you turned her loose, someone shot her, twice. She has two bullet wounds, one in one of her back legs, and one in the front leg on the same side. She has a massive bladder infection among other problems, all thanks to you. Since she got to the vet yesterday afternoon, she has already run up a thousand dollars for treatment, and that is just the start. Surgery to treat the gunshot wounds, tons of antibiotics for the infection. Funny thing about her, the person from the shelter had to carry her into the vet's office. She yelped in pain once, but never growled or threatened to bite. The vet says she is about three years old, so you must have worked real hard with her for her not to be aggressive while in pain. So what did she do? Get too big? Chew up a couch cushion? Or is it as I said earlier, you found out there was a town ordinance dealing with exotic dogs? If that was the case, you should have looked into that a bit closer before you abandoned her, you moron. Wolf hybrids are not considered exotics in the state of Texas. All you would have to do is take the paper work you got with her as a pup to the animal control office and they would have smiled, said okay, and you would not have had to pay a dime. But hey, dont worry, I am going to pick her up Monday, of course I have to drive halfway across the fucking state, and bring her to my home. You see, I rescue, rehabilitate and foster dogs like her. I doubt we will ever be able to adopt her out, but if we are lucky some loving family will decide she is perfect for them, and pay to recover some of the vet costs, sorry but that is what has to be done in situations like this. We, me and the shelter, dont want them to cover all the vet bill, just part of it so the shelter can recoup some of its limited funds. As for me and my family, we will do what we always do, we will love her and show her that not all humans are heartless bastards like you. She is going to come into a home with six other dogs, one is a wolf hybrid, then she will have three mixed breeds, a pit bull pup and rat terrier to play with when she feels up to it. She will get fed twice a day, and walked to rehabilitate her legs. She will have her choice of where she wants to sleep. If she decides she needs the security of sleeping on a bed with one of us, that is fine. I already got her a nice big cushion and put it in my room so she knows she has a place to go to when she is overwhelmed. The vet I go to has actually stepped up after hearing her story and will not charge for basic services like follow ups, and only half if he has to do more. He is even volunteered to cover any medication she might need once she gets here. As for you though, I pray there is a special place in hell for people who abandon pets. I hope you spend eternity going through what she has.
