It is in relation to virtually any country, there, of course no totally crime free society You claim it was "Only places like Saudi Arabia are what I would call crime free." post 175.[:)] It was a relative statement , get over it. And you claimed it has an very high crime rate which Kirata destroyed that being much further off the mark than my generalization.
