When they finish investigating and reporting on the findings, they can determine a person tried to crash a gate at the White House, used a vehicle as a weapon, and got her ass shot. Wrong place for a "momma bear"/psychotic episode. They'll shoot your ass for that at the White House. Sucks to be her, or her kid.
Unless perhaps you think we should have a system in place that allows the police forces of Washington DC to automatically pull up and analyze the complete history of everyone who enters the DC area, based on their license plate or some facial recognition software? Maybe have the individual profiles instantly available to all security and law enforcement personnel? Ooh! How about mandating that tracking and remote shutdown devices be installed on all private vehicles!
