Wow! I have to say - that is very convincing. I am wrong obviously (perhaps the eroticization of dark experience brings with it some sense of illumination or closure). However, how do i square that with the general feeling I get (when browsing cm profiles) as opposed to browsing okcupid profiles, that something doesn't add up, or something not quite right, a vague tacit feeling of uneasiness, across varying profiles? Surely other people must have seen them: e.g profiles with large capitalized red text on a black background with the first three paragraphs in very dramatic ways saying "I DONT WANT X, I DONT WANT Y, IF YOU ARE Z YOU CAN F*** OFF" etc etc. You don't tend to get much of that on OKCupid

Yes, I have noticed the same thing. In my personal experience, the Bi-polar diagnosis seems to be the one that most of my fellow ProDommes admit to having and taking meds for.

And what word did you do a search on to pull up a thread that died over 6 months ago?
