And if I can't afford it then I won't use it. If that means I die sooner than I needed to or live the rest of my life with my arm bent backwards then that's also my choice and my responsibility.

So, if you're all "Where it's supposed to be", I would think you would advocate for enforcing the law DEFINING HOW IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE.

Of course, papassion. We're all equal. It's just that some of us are more equal than others.

I understand english just fine. For example I can read your reply and see that you didn't mention the link at all. Not that I am surprised. I can even understand it. What I don't understand is who you mean when you say nutsacker. You mention them all the time. Who exactly are you talking about?
