I have read that supposedly the school didn't allow any backpacks and such into classrooms, they are supposed to be left in lockers. Even if this is some official unofficial policy, kind of like Dean Wormers double secret probation, the fact that the policy is not written down is going to give them agida. I don't know why the boy had a purse, whether he was gay, transgendered, whatever, but if he was picked out for selective enforcement,then the school is in deep shit. I have heard from all these right wing types (who call the boy a 'fairy with purse') that it applies to everyone, but other stories I have read says it doesn't.
