The quick answer to this would be THE POLICE. Police rarely shoot people and rarely kill them in proportion to the confrontations with others they have. They are trained to resolve conflicts without using deadly force as a first option. In the case of myself, guns are off the table, so I'm resolving things by not shooting anyone. I may not survive the Zombie apocalypse but I've made it just fine so far.

That's what the prosecutor said and the judge said the argument was invalid, it seems the judge didn't think Green would honor the time out.
