This man is dishonourable and deceptive, you dodged a bullet. Congrats for cancelling the meeting and sticking to it - it's hard to blow out the candle for a new flame.

Maybe get someone else to host your meet this month, to maintain a lack of contact with this person and avoid any potential drama. No contact is the best tactic with dishonest people like this man.

I agree. I think he owed it to her to be honest with her when his relationship status changed.

Asked to leave the group simply because they hooked up? So your group is against finding a partner? Remind me to never visit your group.

IMO, they didn't do anything that should lead to them being banned. But you want them out because you feel jilted. It sounds like YOU are the one being dramatic. I'm amazed that the other members of your group agreed to kick them out.

In groups that I've belonged to, you get kicked out for things like outing other members, fighting, repeatedly disobeying the DMs, etc. NOT for hooking up with a fellow member.

Status: offline 		Rochsub2009, this is a coffee group that is held every month in my home and quite frankly I would rather not have the drama in my home. It was a decision made by all members of the group, as I offered to leave, but none of the others wish for them to be present
