Man, I'd be drawing this out forever just to watch you squirm... that entertains me far more than the actual kicking, the slow, excruciating build of anticipation over the days.

No bondage. You want your hands free, in case you fall over screaming, you know. Cups with spikes/shotguns/etc are cheating unless, I suppose, the spikes are pointing inwards.

You can actually condition yourself to take punishment in any way you choose. Not that that is truly in the spirit of this act but video proof of groin conditioning follows.

World record kick to the groin

I would opt for something more this style since I am no longer able to practice martial arts.

A bit more seriously, everyone has different reactions to being kicked in the groin. I have been kicked in the groin 100's of times while I was a TaeKwonDo instructor, it was never debilitating for me. Some people have glass balls some have glass chins. Some have balls of steel and some simply get angry. Good luck brave soul.
