Status: offline 		I get messages from people who don't like financial domination every once in a while or from people who don't like my profile or my journal entries, whatever. I usually assume it's a guy whose had a bad experience with a fin Domme or someone who can't find a woman to fulfill his fetish without paying. Sometimes they'll block me immediately after sending a nasty message, sometimes not. I received a particularly nasty one today and it got my wondering. Is this a fetish? Sending angry and mean messages to a stranger or are they just mean people who have nothing better to do? This is the one I received today, which gave me a good chuckle until it became racist. The young man who sent this message is listed as a 19 year old African American slave. And he specifically talks negatively about black people so I'm assuming it's some form of self hate. And it's strange because I am of Mixed ethnicity as my page states but I'm not black so it was a strange comment. Here is the message. (I didn't want to screen shot it so I don't "out" the sender as per CM policy so I copy and pasted the message.) The message was unwarranted as I never viewed his page or messaged him prior to sending. So is this something people get off on? Or just anger?

Status: offline 		I don't know that it's a fetish, as such. While there might be a few people who get sexual enjoyment out of insulting people online, I think most of them are just assholes.

The internet provides them with a forum to broadcast their every thought and the anonymity to prevent them having to face any real-life consequences for it. As such, people let the ugliest parts of their personality come out to play. A little bit of attention and no consequences for poor behaviour adds up to a pretty exciting experience to certain types of folks.

Status: offline 		It happens. I used to get lots of nasty mail on another profile... I'm terribly cute and used to get some rancid stuff from bitter old broads and/or people that just cannot cope with someone that knows themselves very well and states it plainly.

You just have to get your "duck" on and let it roll of your back, hit block, etc... And find solace in the fact that no matter what negative crap you get, you'll get your fair share of positive, if not profit.

Maybe some guys feel insecure about superior women.
Most of mine have come from dominant guys being hateful

Status: offline 		It's not just you...it's pretty much everyone on here, and women in particular. It used to annoy me, until I actually met in person one so-called 'dom' who sent me a really nasty, foul-mouthed rant when I'd been on the site a few weeks.

It made me realise that the people who send this kind of stuff are bitter, angry and desperately sad. This particular guy had to bad-mouth people just to bolster his own sense of self-esteem. Imagine having to go through life, day by day, feeling so insecure and worthless that your only source of joy is someone else's unhappiness?

The guy who mailed me is local to me, and is pretty much a social pariah. People have stopped inviting him to events or even wanting to spend time with him because his bitterness is there all the time.

Funny thing is though, although he bitched and moaned and started nasty rumours about people online and behind their backs, he couldn't do it face to face.

Really, we should pity these people and celebrate our own healthy emotional lives.

Speaking more generally, hell yeah, getting negative attention from hot women is a sexual fetish for some men. And, in my experience, the findomme profiles have the best photos on the site.

You post like an intelligent, normal person, so I didn't expect your profile to be quite so goal oriented. If it's the profile you want, far be it from me to suggest you change it. I think he blocked me from seeing it bc it says "profile not found" even though I keep getting messages from him. But I can't view his page so I can't report him for having multiple profiles. Any advice?

Open one threatening email, and click the Report Message button. Then block the sender again. If this doesn't stop him, contact Support (link at the bottom of the main profile page) and send them the username of every profile he's using.

Until you hear back from Support, don't delete any of the messages. Just leave them unread, and don't respond to him further.

Status: offline 		The messages seem to be very racially driven. I have a big problem with racism in any form. I blocked all profiles he has sent me messages from and sent the names of all the profiles to site support.
