...so there we have it. you were all correct. thanks for the advice and thoughts and for the time you took to really offer thoughtful tips/rules/tricks. i will be using them and once i do re-post my profile, i'm sure it will be evident that i took much of your advice.

warm regards, have a great day, i know i will!

In as much as there is no "one-size-fits-all" for any relationship, BDSM or otherwise, there is rarely a "one-size-fits-all" solution to a problem.
Sometimes, the advice on here can be very hurtful and brutal.
But, IMHO, it's not worth wrapping anything up in cotton wool.
No matter what people say, it's gonna hurt one way or the other.

I'm glad you are seeing the light and may you have better times ahead.

~FRing it~

OP, you are pretty new to this whole thing, right? If so, I'm not surprised this happened. I'll let you in on a little secret...I got played a few times back in the day when I first got started in all of this too. When people finally figure out what they are and what they want to be, the desire to be living it is very strong. So strong that we don't always see right away what we need to see because we are focused on seeing what we want to see. People call it by the term "frenzy" and it can happen on both sides of the kneel. It's only when we are forced to look again at the situation with a more critical eye that we see all the things we might have missed the first time around. If you are like me, you will get "older" and "wiser" with time.

Trust me, it does get better with time. Don't let one asshat ruin things for you. Learn from this and grow from it. This is but a small stumble in what can be an even greater journey. Head up, figure out what didn't go right, and endeavor to not repeat the mistakes of the past in the future. Best of luck to you [:)]
