Fuck annexation . . . they have one of the most important resources on Earth. Let's invade them and take their beer. It's real beer, not like that bubbly American piss-water. Hell, they can even keep their women, cept' a few choice ones from Toronto.

Why flies the shitting eagle forth?
Protected feathers flutter, fanned
O'er vasty, wintry Canuckland,
Its quiet neighbour to its north.

The sleeping giant now awakes,
Dons scarlet tunic, serge, Sam Browne,
Jodphurs, boots, but not a gun.
Politely collars bird, and shakes:

"Monsieur Eagle, notre bon voisin,
We've British manners et French Law,
Visitez, and we'll shake your claw,
Mais ne shittez pas sur notre land.

Now fly back home to bread and games
Where football downs are fours, not threes,
We'll keep our water, oil and trees,
Our 'U's in honour, sense and name.

We'll keep our peace, healthcare and beavers.
You keep your horseplay, guns, our Biebers."
