English, with English spellings and English phonetic alphabet - not Americanised. With all due respect ... IMHO ... it ought to be the other way around. Maybe CANADA ought to annex the US. As a US citizen our social life is so mixed up we would do more damage to them than if they were to assert themselves on to us. Just my stupid opinion, mind you. MstrPBK St. Paul, MN USA
