Okay, so what happens when the Supreme Court, that arch-radical dominated body stacked by G Bush et al who brought us Citizens United and struck down the Voting Rights Act, is forced to concede on the issue on the basis of black letter constitutional law, and rules gay marriage legal nationwide? Will that be 'activist judges unconstitutionally nullifying the constitution'?

Some of the signs were scary considering they were sitting in from of what was supposed to be a "house of God".

There's really almost no federal law that affects people as far as day-to-day kind of stuff (except on Native American Reservations).

Perhaps you do not remember the federal 55 mph speed limit.

There's no federal law against murder.

That's a good point. So I have a plan. We pick a state that has a shit load of democrats, like say california. Then we wait for an election that we know will draw the most liberals out to vote. Obama's election would have been a good example, then we ask the people to vote on gay marriage. If the only ones against it are those 22 % there should be no problems getting it passed. Right? I mean with all those lefties out there backing up us gays, how could it possibly lose.


Oh wait...they tried that one already and it failed miserably.
