Cancellation:
Be serious about booking a session and do not act on a whim. I put time and effort into preparing for your session so show your respect. Remember, you are scheduling professional time and you should treat it the same way you would treat a doctor's appointment. If you can't keep the appointment, inform ME at least a few hours ahead. If you dare to stand ME up, I may accept your request for another appointment - but it will require extra tribute.
Tardiness:

Introductions:
When you write ME an EMail be clear, concise, and informative. I don't want your life story, but you need to provide pertinent details: past experience (if any); what you're looking for and your areas of interest.
With a sample size of only these four women, I can only tentatively summarize that the rates seem to range from around $200 to around $400 per hour, but, of course, this is only one source. I'm sure I can find others - but - this is a quick five-minute ballpark swag.
