I had a little dip in the water, excited Dobie jumping up on me and pushing me into a canal, on the way home it started raining, I was so not bothered being wet already ;)

That sounds awesome LC! It's bright and sunny here today. Still chilly, but temps climbing. Should be able to walk on the shore by Sat. I need summer to get here!!!

Dog throwing me into the water, ha, not really lovely, it was damned cold, so quick hot shower. Brought them both afterwards to a meeting (they're all crazy about the dogs) and they snored happily under the table, on the way back we passed the fish monger and they decided to make friends with the people in the nice smelling shop, I ended up with heaps of salmon heads (they're freaking huge) and when I tried to pay they charged me £1 and told me to come by more often, they always have them and to bring the beauties with me. I don't think I could keep the doggies away, they had stuffed them with tuna steak as "little treats). They love fish, I think I might substitute more fish than meat in their diet, the fish oil is great for their coats anyway, I just needed to cook the stuff they gave me in stages, couldn't find a pot big enough. Happy burping dogs now...

gah. we need a pot in the corner for umbrella's. pissin' down out here. has been all week. i'm just hoping it eases a bit by the time i'm ready for work... up and down hill and dale in pissin' rain isn't much fun. one of these days it'll be autumn again and i can put the top down on the car!! (not looking for any sunshine today) [>:]

Couple years back, some idiot tried that, fell, and sued the place. The owner stuck in a drop ceiling and threatened everyone with multiple lifetime bans if he caught anyone up there again.

MC, you reminded me of one of my bday parties, many many years ago (I was a student then and had a somewhat higher tolerance for booze than I have now) and it seemed like a jolly good idea to dance lambada on my kitchen table with somebody, unfortunately the table was just a regular sized table and I stepped into thin air. Next day, badly swollen ankle, confused how it happened, told the doc that I might have been sleep walking, doc looked at my file, grinned and said "It was your bday yesterday, good party?" Decided to not give me any pain killers as my system is possibly still a bit on booze overload and my liver couldn't cope... A friend who had a camera with him held the pics over my head for a long long time, first class blackmail material, I was very happy when he accidentally cleaned his HD
