Send her to her room. Take away her privilages. Use corner time. Try to ignore her (see how long it lasts until she just can't stand being ignored)
Restrict her masterbation. Have her write essays, or something like "I will not...." over and over again. Get creative.

Basically, what your post is telling me that, because you have a pain slut on your hands, what you need to use is some non-physical punishments. Usually the ones we all had as kids still work for this purpose.

LOL you used all the goods ones i think of with the exception of this one.  Oh and btw i am not a pain slut and He still found the one punishment i hate above all else.  I was placed in a rather uncomfortable kneeling position and left there until i thought i would never be allowed to move again.  He ignored me completely leaving the room and coming back in once in a while to make sure i had not moved.  Trust me moving was the last thing i wanted to do at that point.

put on absolute ignore......act as tho she does not exist.....do your own stuff, your own everything.......nobody is irreplaceable...

Remember, in interpersonal relations where everything is normal and happy, if they want a beating, they should be able to ask for it.  (That is not to say that they will get it, but it should be straightforward and honest)....if you give a sam her head, she will think that this is how life is...it is not.......

You could by example, within this place, beat the soles of her feet way past her limit of pleasure, and I mean way past.........(I use birch rods, cheap and effective) and explain that the rules is the rules and respect is a two way street, if she can provoke, you no longer need be 'The Loving Dominant', (LOL...I took that way out of context as John wil tell you, but you get the idea.


So if you are to be constant and human, you should expect that she will be too.

Go back and read all the other threads started by people who cant imagine how to punish someone without using pain.

put superglue on her nose and stick it to the wall until she can't stand any longer... they have stuff to unstick her after you are through

Letting her know you are disappointed works wonders, as does silence. Much better than physical punishment, at least in my opinion anyway.

Ignoring the painsluts works wonders. No masturbation, no attention, nothing. The putting her in the corner should work well.

That is brilliant!!

I do think ignoring would be the best way to go. I know for me that would hurt much more then any pain he might inflict on me.

When are people going to realize that for a masochist, any kind of physical punishment does nothing but encourage disobediance.
Tie her up and then ignore her. Best punishment there is.

I would add that anything you do as punishment should be something she does not like.  I was always a big fan of making
her weed the garden, change the oil in my car, or sweeping
everybodies sidewalk on my street.

Or you can go with my other favorite, which is to ignore any
behavior I dont want repeated, and reward any behavior I want
repeated.

Well, first off I would not threaten her with anything. Either do, or do not.
Secondly, why would you use physical punishment to punish a masochist? Kind of defeating the purpose, don't you think?

As for ideas, the best way ( for me anyway ) to let my girls know that I am upset with them is to tell them why, have them sit in the middle of the room on their knees, with their head down, until I say to move. Then I completly ignore them.

Whenever someone comes on to ask for punishment ideas I always have to wonder why there is such a need for punishment. The last thing that someone coming from a submissive or slave perspective usually wants to be seen as is disobedient or less than pleasing. So is there some "acting out" or something that is taking place that creates a need for this punishment? If so...punishment ideas are most likely not the answer to the underlying problem.

give me a break.  she wants you to whip her because it arouses her.  she is addicted to the sex and the wanting to submit to you.  you really want to hurt her? go ahead and do the stuff these people have said.  but she doesn't want to be hurt.  she wants you to whip her so she is aroused and then she can share that with you.  it is sexual.  what is it with you doms that don't get that?  giver her the pleasure of the whip, the spank, the hair pulling.....and then give her the pleasure she really wants.  trust me ...you will enjoy it too.

If indeed pain is a turn-on punishment cannot be pain associated.  I think that everyone here seems to agree on that.  The question is what then?

Labor or tasks could work well.  Or have her watch while you give another the flogging she so much desires.  Have her sit, hands flat on table, feet flat on the floor.  Even for a full day, maybe more.  Then have her clean up her urine and fesces.  Obviously the location where she sits is important.

Find what she hates and make her do it.

go ahead, give her something she hates and punish her..............give her what gives her pleasure and you get that 100 times in return.  it is so complicated.  no black and white. no (dare I say it?) no top and bottom.  we are all so interconnected.  what you give you shall recieve.  Pleasure makes pleasure.....pain makes pain.   Give her what you know she wants and she will crawl and beg and do all that you ever dream.

 Maybe this is difficult for you to understand but you don't give someone something they would enjoy for doing something wrong. Especially if your trying to modify their behavior. When she does something correct, then he should whip her as a reward. But if she's acting out in a negative manner, then he needs to punish her in a way thats going to show her that what she's doing is wrong and needs to stop. Obviously for her, the whip is not going to do this. I'm betting corner time or closet time would work wonders on her though as long as you tell her why she's being put in there.
