Yeah it is a nutsacker hysteria site, and they are always vilifying the people with facts, since they are in possession of only hallucination. I wouldn't worry about it.

I like the phrase "climate change alarmists". There have certainly been enough people trying to peddle fear over climate change to make a buck. Global warming is a fact. It is also a fact that cities won't be flooded as the oceans rise. I doubt there will be kudzu in Canada but it may make it to Ohio. <grin>

It's dwarfed by the number of people trying to blow away the alarm so that they can carry on making their bucks, though. The climate change complacency-peddlers are a great deal more dangerous to us than the alarmists, I think.

For a response to the deniers: today's bit on Public Radio about how currently 70% of national defense establishments world wide are in the midst of preparing or already have plans to deal with the manifold economic, political and military consequences of climate change and the expected clashes over it's diminishing of resources and food and water insecurity and the expected population increase. The 30% making up the other countries are Third World countries buried in more immediate problems of simply trying to exist. When National Defense staffs world wide are planning for expected crisis and conflict, the bleetings of those so frightened of what we are doing to the planet they deny the obvious, or need to continue abusive profitable practices, look remarkably out of touch. Yup, another Liberal conspiracy of all those bleeding heart military professionals? I'm not aware of any professional of any field who actually READS climate change original research papers who has the slightest doubt we are at the beginning of the biggest challenge civilized Man has faced. Plans to prevent sea level rise damage to the 5 boroughs at any affordable public expense are turning out to be impossible with present technology. OK, most cities won't be flooded, just all their low areas! Which makes quite a few pretty much uninhabitable. For instance, Bangaladesh basically disappears, as do many river delta cities, a quite popular choice through the centuries. Any chance you can explain how any given sea level rise will flood everywhere else but not cities? a LOT of people live really close to sea level. Not just New Orleans is at risk, present projections of conservative sea level rises have a huge portion of the planet's humans forceably relocated. To complicate it all, a hell of a lot of food producing acreage goes under water too or is salt poisoned to uselessness. This really isn't going to be all that much fun.

I have read well north of 2000 climate papers. And there are hundreds of papers that disagree with the IPCC theory of global warming. Hell for that matter the IPCC's data doesn't agree with their theory either. So, I suggest you read CERN's experiments on aerosol formation especially the endpapers (which are hard to find) and then Svenmark's research on ionizing radiation and cloud formation. Both are completely devestating to the IPCC model.
