He is as responsible for this as Obama is for Benghazi, he is the cincUSA, and he appointed the guy head of the AirForce, or for the nutsackers borrowing and spending and insuring the steady undoing of America thru free market communism, and their nazistic destruction and dismissal of our constitution with voter id laws and abortion laws, and same sex marraige bans.

On the other hand Obama CAUSED dead warriors through his incompetence and in my opinion criminal neglect. Huge difference there. If you really want to go with the war crimes meme though I'd say its closer to Obama's war crimes with the fake lists of the VA that are currently being exposed around the country to deny care to veterans.
