The law is somewhat murky over here and the definition/use of reasonable force.

I am led to believe in America you can blow someone brains out willy nilly and ask questions later....This include a drunk person knocking at your door, someone escaping an assault and in need of help, and so on....ooo is that what's called home invasion.

I have no idea what a black man is, nor a white man but if your skin tone is darker than mine...oh wait they just shoot you dead...no pistol whipping and 40 tazerings needed - ah that's not beating someone to death in the name of self defence.

Are you referring to this drunk person... http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2014/09/03/wafer-sentencing-renisha-mcbride/15012615/

Perhaps you should stop following whoever it is that's leading you because it doesn't sound like he has a clue about the states.

I do not believe you were unaware of who resurected this thread...don't pout.
What you believe is irrelevant.

You are not a mod anymore so that is a decission you don't get to make sweetie

Then you should be able to point us to the plethora of factual inaccuracies I have posted.

You were three for three on misses in the post I replied to.

That would be your ignorant, unsubstantiated opinion and worth the price of used toilet paper hon.

If you want me to point out more, you're going to have to pay me.

Sorry baby no tommy-cock unless you say please.

"Me thinks the lady doth protest too much"[:)

I would guess women protesting in your presence is a common occurrence for you.

It does seem to be a common occurence with you sweet cheeks

Oh, and learn to quote, moron.

You tried that shit when you were a mod and it got your chunky lil butt fired did it not?

Now please do not misunderstand me. I am quite capable of hitting a foot at 25 yards but this begs the question why did you lie about what I said in the first place?. I said 10' not 25 yards...why the lie?

You said "at 25 yards I can specify which toe". Why are you lying about a post that clearly shows exactly what you said?

quote:

ORIGINAL: thompsonx
You could always come clean and say you were wrong. You can even use the terms "misspoke" or "misremembered".

I have not misspoke nor misremembered...I am just curious why you would lie about something so easy to prove?

Again, your post says "at 25 yards I can specify which toe". Why are you lying about this? We all know you were wrong, you saying it is just a formality at this point.

ORIGINAL: thompsonx
We have yet to see any evidence of you shooting a firearm and being able to hit a moving, foot-sized target at 25 yards, let alone specifying which toe you'd be hitting at that distance.

Yes you have laid down the challange. You have offered me $100 to come to arizona to show you my shooting skills.
Why do you feel I would do your bidding for any amount of money let alone a chicken shit hundred bux? That would not pay a nights lodging let alone food or travel.

No, I offered $100 to the charity of your choice to perform this feat. You're now trying to weasel out of it, claiming $100 isn't enough, etc. Just swallow your interweb pride and say you can't do it.

quote:

ORIGINAL: thompsonx
You have not offered your name address or phone number. Why would I identify myself to you when you wont identify yourself to me.

You haven't asked, nor have I asked for your name, address, or phone number. You said you could hit a specific toe from 25 yards. I asked you to show me. You then started with excuses.

When you speak of your gun club you speak of the expensive cars in the parking lot, the proxmity of the bar and wheather your gucci iwb holster might chafe your tummy. The gun ranges I frequent the talk is usually about chamber prssure, muzzle velocity and cross winds downrange. You are a little boy sitting in his mommy's basement playing on the computer acting like some chairborn ranger.

I'm thrilled you (allegedly) go to a range, but you are projecting this "chairborn ranger" persona onto me because you insisted you could do something and now realize you cannot. You're attacking, or attempting to, one of the ranges I frequent and me personally in a transparent ploy to divert attention.

Now if you want to identify yourself. Make your foot the target, sign a waiver prepared by my lawyer and make the payday $25,000 I will be glad to make good on my original statement.

You said you could hit a moving, foot-sized target at 25 yards and specify which toe. Elsewhere in this post you insist the distance was 10' but now you're saying you can hit a toe at 25 yards again? You're now weaseling out of it by saying $100 isn't enough, that I should have lawyers sign something, you want $25,000, and you want to shoot at me. Just admit you cannot do what you insisted you could do. Like I said earlier, it's just a formality at this point.

You said you could hit a moving, foot-sized target at 25 yards and specify which toe.

That is right sweetie.

Elsewhere in this post you insist the distance was 10'

I showed you my original post which you lied about.

but now you're saying you can hit a toe at 25 yards again?

I have been consistant in my statements. I can do it at 10' and I can do it at 25 yards.

You're now weaseling out of it by saying $100 isn't enough,

I am not weasling about anything. You are the one who sugested $100 I am saying put your money where your mouth is.

that I should have lawyers sign something,

Just to keep you honest.

you want $25,000,

Only if your foot is leaking when I am done.

and you want to shoot at me.

Oh no...just your foot...that you claim I cannot hit.

Just admit you cannot do what you insisted you could do. Like I said earlier, it's just a formality at this point.

Where should I have my lawyer send the waiver for you to sign?

Ya know sweet cheeks you remind me of a pre-pubescent fifth grade girl who socks the object of her affection in the hopes he wil chase her down and pull her hair.

So where did you say 10'?

Why are we still having this conversation? You know you can't do it, otherwise you would have traced a foot, taken it to a range on a windy day to mimic movement, videoed yourself saying "I'm going to hit the pinky toe", and then done so. As you have not done this yet continue to post about how someone should pay you $25,000 and have lawyers sign things, you clearly lack the ability to perform this feat.

It is posted above and if you can't read it that would be your mom's fault for letting you skip school.

Why are we still having this conversation?

Because you are trying to weasle out of the bet.

You know you can't do it, otherwise you would have traced a foot, taken it to a range on a windy day to mimic movement, videoed yourself saying "I'm going to hit the pinky toe", and then done so.

Too easy to fake.
Where as your missing toes and perforated foot would be proof positive.

As you have not done this yet continue to post about how someone should pay you $25,000 and have lawyers sign things, you clearly lack the ability to perform this feat.

You clearly don't have the balls to sign a release of liability and allow me any where near your feet with a loaded gun.
How about instead of the .41 automag, I use my old .22 hi-standard?

How about you trace a photo of a foot and take your shot already instead of wasting everyone's time with your barely coherent bantering?

EDIT: You know what? Fine, let me know what your lawyer's phone number is and when you arrive in Arizona. That's right, I'm calling you out. AGAIN.

EDIT 2: I'm still missing where you said 10'. Point it out to me. Link me to the exact post, kinda like I linked to your post saying "at 25 yards I can specify which toe". You know, the statement you're now lying about. Because you're a fake.

Well, I'm here.

If I shot my stalker after all of this time, would you really have it to convict me?

If you had aimed at his cock and hit him in the shoulder I would convict you of being a poor shot and sentence you to a couple of months at the range.

Do you not have the ability to read or is it your comprehension that's lacking?

let me know what your lawyer's phone number is. As in "give me your lawyer's phone number". As in "my lawyer will call your lawyer". Because you're a fake and don't have a lawyer, and this whole "bet" is a lie that's you're using to cover up your inability to make a shot you insisted, from the comfort of your couch, you could make. I've pointed to your posts which you somehow insist say 10' even though they clearly say 25 yards.

Seriously, you need medication.

And I need your lawyer's number. None of this "identify yourself" nonsense; I've not asked you to identify yourself, just for your lawyer's number. You can even private message me with it. I assume you can private message better than you can quote.

When you get here we go to my lawyers office where you sign the waiver and we deposit your $25,000 in an escrow account then we go to the desert and see if your feet are bullet proof. You can bring a doctor if you like.
