Many years ago, I was with a lady that was very open-minded. She had no issue with me being with groupies (this was before I knew what polyamory even was).

My main issue was she despised having any man go down on her. We didn't last.

I view eating pussy as part of the sex act. I couldn't stand not being able to down on her first. She had a legitimate reason. It wasn't just "preference". I'm not assigning "fault".

The long-and-short of it is: If I can't eat it, I'd rather beat it (you make up your own mind as to how to interpret that).

I re-read it and it's still clear to me that this poll is directed to the men of CM, and as you can see, includes men who identify as Dominant, submissive and as Switches. I don't see what part confused you.

This might work to help me understand... how would you word this differently to remove your confusion? (I'm not being snarky. Perhaps others read it the same way you do.)

Kudos for speaking out. The other poll on cunnilingus is full of posts saying, "heck yeah" BUT it depends on how into it HE is. I hope they see this post.

Unless I am mistaken, are you implying that Dominants don't enjoy giving or desire to give oral sex? I'm not speaking of tease & denial and/or edging, or what Dommes choose to do or not do with their sub partners, but strictly having to do with Doms and cunnilingus.

There are Doms and their subs who are into "forced" orgasms, making this act more BDSMy, whether it incorporates bondage or not. This is just another element or tool in the metaphorical toolbox which a Dominant can use to assert dominance.
The reality alone that a male can take charge and be in control of *orchestrating* orgasms for a woman who is orgasmic while receiving oral can be viewed as a vanilla sexual act or get as kinky as both parties desire it to get.
In either event, the female receiving can be as passive, receptive, submissive, pro-active, participatory/interactive, assertive, or as aggressive and domineering as she chooses to be or not to be.

I don't see any incongruency with male dominance. In most intimately sexual D/s relationship dynamics, it has been agreed that the Dominant has use of the submissive he owns, within previously consented-upon limits. Am I missing something here?

Ohhhhhhhh, I think I got it, now. Are you looking for Dommes in a poll titled and directed to, men only? I listed the Dommes in the other poll as receivers (because, you know, male Doms can't receive cunnilingus, which is the topic of the poll.) While poll results next week may reflect some Dom versus sub preferences or Domme versus sub preferences, that would just be extra information. The two polls I posted were each for one sex. Male gay couples are excluded. Lesbian Dommes are excluded as "givers." And, the list of all that is not a part of the polls is endless.

The polls are not intended to be all inclusive. I like what people are posting. It's great to see the diversity.
