It's also interesting that the trade mark documentation was modified to include a picture of the current collarme site in march, and accepted by the USPTMO in april of this year. Prior there hadnt been any changes to speak of since 2009 when they switched attorneys .Almost as if someone was expecting a legal battle and covered their bases to try and put themselves in the legal right.

probably due to publicity on other bdsm sites like fetlife where people are talking about it due to current issues and posted the web address

I found Collarspace by simply searching CollarMe on Google. The new address is on the first page in a Yahoo Q&A and seems to be going up in ranking.

I posted something similar on the CollarMe.com blog (without mentioning collarspace.com), but surprise surprise, my post was deleted. Someone is working very hard trying to keep users away...

collarspace is up and running for me.
I am using Chrome.
It works whether I am accessing it from this side by clicking on the CM logo at the top or typing it in directly.

As someone else eluded to... the large majority are probably not new users. Just new usernames. Same old scammers behind the keyboard.

When you google Where is Collarme, below the wordpress site created by Tiffany, there is a yahoo question asking "Where is Collarme"?

If you read the posts, the 3rd post will direct you to Collarspace.

Anyone that can use google/or use search engines should be able to find Collarspace, if they are diligent enough.

Also, without taking sides on the issue.

I think its a shame that "Tiffany", FELT she had to resort to these tactics in an attempt to resolve her dispute.

I'm thinking she must have been feeling desperate.

I think it's a shame for all the parties involved, regardless of whose side that you are on.

It would have been nice if they could have"worked it out" without this happening.
