To be clear, King Barry's decree that young undocumented illegals can stay (see my link above) is clearly the reason we are experiencing this sudden humanitarian crisis. Sure, the decree came with a cutoff date but it's not as if anyone can just check their Visas or other paperwork for an arrival date
