Given a task, I expect my submissive to fulfill that task to the best of her ability, and deal with unexpected obstacles as they arise with intelligence and ingenuity. I also expect her to adjust to changing circumstances as needed, including, if warranted, abandoning the specific task, and reporting to me what she encountered and why she decided as she did. I enjoy praising my submissive for her obedience, but also for her ability to problem solve, and her ability to decide when its a problem that needs to await my decision. In essence, this is the opposite of what I understand micro management to be, since micro management by definition removes the subs decision making. A relationship that reflects only my creativity would seem to me to be boring for both eventually, and micro managing anyone gets to overwhelmingly time consuming when carried to its extremes. In my opinion, of course <S>

In any given situation, there is no dominant until the submissive decides that there is. Submission is a gift. To attempt to take a gift that hasn't been offered is, at the least, unforgivably bad manners.
