I love to golf, and its fine with me that presidents play the game

Whats interesting though, is the game that leftists play with presidents' golf habits... Which is why I love poking fun at our current duffer-in-chief and his golfing obsession

The following article, though a bit dated (from April of 2010), takes a shot at explaining the blatant double standard presented by the propaganda arm of the DNC:

Since Taft, Republican presidents have openly and publicly played golf.

Teddy Roosevelt played too, but not publicly.

Two thoughts:

(1) The OP appears more focused on Obama's golf than the President himself.

(2) When Eisenhower, another avid golfer and no stranger to effective leadership, took office, he shelved his predecessor's practice of working the residence after dinner. He explained to chief usher J.B. West that he believed one worked more effectively by focusing on the job during set hours, then taking time to unwind.

More unmitigated partisan bullshit. W was the most, ignorant, pompous, arrogant asshole to ever reside in the WH. He strutted like was as entitled to all of the trappings as he was when he avoided doing anything in the Tex. AirNG.

Repub presidents are THE TEFLON do-nothing-wrong incompetents that sit in a Florida school classroom for a photo op while our country was being attacked and then delay, resist and never agreed to oath or any recording of any real testimony in front of a bullshit 9/11 commission designed to let his admin get clean away either with 9/11 or the incompetence that allowed it to happen.

Then proceeded to allow wall street to defraud 1000's out of billion$, destroy more jobs in 2 years than were created in the previous 6.

What's the antecedent of "it" in your sentence? And who said anything about fault?

I brought up Eisenhower for two reasons:

(a) His perspective is a good reminder that quantity doesn't always mean quality in terms of one's work.

(b) His example suggests that regular breaks for exercise/recreation do not necessarily impede a leader's performance. Indeed, they may enhance it.
