I haven't seen him since I proved in the other thread about cops shooting someone in ST Louis that he had been lying about his brother for 5 months
besides a bad IQ score would only prove that the testers didn't know what they were doing.

heheh and then there was the time I caught him editing a legal document to bolster his point of view

the people he agrees with must be embarrassed he's on their side

hahaha

Yes, I remember that. And he kept referring to it as the ruling source.
He abandoned that thread when I explained to him that the sign he was supporting was posted incorrectly and ignored what the law actually said they could do.
I like for him to show up, he is one of the best weapons we have.

What the fuck are you and the dumbest poster here talking about?

Finally some news about Darren Wilson, whose been hiding behind a wall of secrecy.

FERGUSON, Mo. — The small city of Jennings, Mo., had a police department so troubled, and with so much tension between white officers and black residents, that the city council finally decided to disband it. Everyone in the Jennings police department was fired. New officers were brought in to create a credible department from scratch.

That was three years ago. One of the officers who worked in that department, and lost his job along with everyone else, was a young man named Darren Wilson.

....What he found in Jennings, however, was a mainly white department mired in controversy and notorious for its fraught relationship with residents, especially the African American majority. It was not an ideal place to learn how to police. Officials say Wilson kept a clean record without any disciplinary action.

It would seem that your are saying that since Wilson was on a troubled department that even though he had no complaints against him on that or the Ferguson dept. since he must have associated with some bad cops he must be a bad cop......Brown seems to have know some bad characters you don't flash gang signs without their approval so by your logic he must be a hard core criminal. Both are called guilt by association. Don't you have a problem with the very idea of doing that? I do.

Minor problem with this story, at the time Wilson had already been on the Ferguson force over two years. Sounds like the same thing happened as when Wilson was identified as being black.

cloudboy -> RE: Rioting is the answer (8/24/2014 8:28:49 PM)

I'm not saying anything, I am posting information. It's more than interesting that one municipality simply chose to fire its whole police force because it was maladapted to its community.

Ferguson will probably face a major house cleaning as well.

The conservatives here keep trying to blame Big Mike for being shot, but the actual problem in Ferguson is the police department and the municipal justice system.

An amazing new act enters the center ring...

A prominent New Orleans attorney now represents the eyewitness at the center of the investigation into the shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo. Dorian Johnson, 22, who was with Brown when he was shot to death by a police officer, has hired James Williams and a St. Louis-based partner...

Williams is in St. Louis, and made the media circuit Friday (Aug. 22) to redirect attention from his client and toward the officer who shot Brown, Darren Wilson.
~Source

Faced with autopsy findings showing that Johnson's claims of Brown being shot in the back are bunk, Williams staunchly defended his client's credibility.

Step right up, folks.

I admit I haven't read every post on this and only some of the news online, but why does Johnson need a lawyer. Is he being charged with something?

Well yes, but he is a cop and head in the clouds boy has already admitted he has a problem with cops to the point he can't control himself around them. And he's somehow gotten in it his head that this is political and the right is on the side of the cops. So what other conclusion can he come up with. In his mind the cop has to be wrong.

I am sure you ignored this, which is more relevant than the part you and the Post wanted to highlight, earlier this year Wilson received a commendation for subduing a "person involved in a drug deal" , not the act of a trigger happy cop is it.

So if someone were to post an article to this thread that reported that Brown was a known gang member, serial killer, and pedophile (not true, used for example only), you'd think they were just "posting information"?

You did "say something", you said "Finally some news about Darren Wilson, whose been hiding behind a wall of secrecy." Followed by a copy of a news report that seems to be about about another Darren Wilson. So yes, I'd say you were making a statement.

And I here I thought the "actual problem" was that a criminal (and yes he was a criminal as his accomplice admitted under oath), is accused of assaulting an officer and being shot.

Yes, for among other things submitting a false report (from before this incident) in Jefferson City.

But remember, he's a completely reliable witness THIS time, according to his lawyer. I mean, someone who's already lied to the police wouldn't possibly do so again, right?

Allegedly lied to the police, everyone is innocent till proven guilty except cops and gun owners who are guilty even if proven innocent.

I was going to mention that, but decided not to, since I wasn't sure if that's been conclusively proven yet.

My statement is as per the families coroner.

ThirdWheelWanted -> RE: Rioting is the answer (8/24/2014 10:39:43 PM)

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet. For all the folks who keep insisting that there's no reason someone would attack a police officer over something so minor.

http://www.cnn.com/2014/08/23/us/texas-police-chief-killed/index.html

Routine traffic stop, the driver had a warrant for misdemeanor graffiti vandalism, and he shot the chief 4 times. So now rather then a minor misdemeanor charge and possible traffic ticket, the shooter is up on capital murder charges. So even if it's completely incomprehensible to you that someone might react this illogically to such a stupid thing, it happens.

I hadn't seen that. Of course the family is still saying he was executed from behind. Why let logic, and the statements by the coroner YOU hired for a 2nd opinion get in the way of a good sound bite.

Yes I brought it up earlier today. But you got a better link. However he was a white cop shot by a hispanic so there's not a big deal made of it.
I saw in the comments section after one of the stories were a bunch of people were blaming all cops for that shooting. Basically it was since cops are so bad everywhere you can understand why Lopez thought he had to shoot the cop.
