I am clearly and proudly Islamaphobic.
I am aware that you hilariously believe that makes me racist.

It isnt just that that give me my viewpoint.

Am I the only one who wonders how much of the cover-up may have been, one way or the other, caused by Muslims in policy-making positions at the appropriate agencies?

It seems that an awful lot has been ignored as a matter of policy....

POSTING AGAIN, SO THIS IS NOT MISSED

FR

We have few rules in the Feisty sections, but I am currently seeing a need for one or two more. It has been a rare occurrence when I have found someone insinuating that someone was a ‘criminal’ or someone that encouraged, took part or enabled ‘criminals’ and ‘criminal activity’, but when I have, it has been removed from the forum. Now, creating a guideline for this could get tricky because many will ‘interpret’ anything we come up with from a personal standpoint that could get complicated or shall I say, nitpicky.

So, for the moment and especially on this thread, if you are tempted to accuse someone that is not personally involved in the thread ‘news’ or ‘situation’, of taking part, being a party to, allowing, encouraging or involved because of where they reside or any other 'factoid', you will face moderation. It is as simple as that. Complicate it and that would be on you, not moderators or staff, to interpret as you do or to explain further by way of arguing ‘points’.

If in any manner I believe you are insinuating that someone uninvolved in this ‘news’ is a party to or encouraging it, that is what staff will be working from.

Just don’t do it.

I may have to post this on every page until everyone gets it, but I am serious about this. Choose your words any way you must, to assure you aren’t insinuating that someone is a party to this in any manner.

Thank you for your compliance as we move forward.

It is much easier to call someone racist than to defend Islam. The first is trivial, the second equivalent to squaring the circle.

Yes brains, I defended Islam by saying its fine to go after Bin laden. I defended Islam by saying it was fine to go after those who carried out 9/11. I defended Islam by stating it was okay to use drone attacks on terrorists. I defended islam by saying it was fine to stop Ghadaffis threat to slaugher the whole of Benghazi.

I am sick of teling you this but here goes. Anyone upset at me calling them a racist for somthing they have posted, or a posting style they are using, feel free to report me to the admin. It isnt rocket scienee but dont tell me racism aint racism as it just dont work.

You use an extremist as an example, is that the best you can do.

Thank you for acknowledging that CAIR, invited to both Bush and Obama White Houses and given credibility by the media, is in fact extremist. Of course, they are simply defending Islam and railing against Islamaphobia. So an extremist is a big accuser of Islamophobia and cautioning against it. How interesting.

How interesting to see you describe yourself as "clearly and proudly Islamaphobic". The 'phobic' part of the word describes a psychological disorder - by definition an irrational or extreme fear of something.

So if you are phobic about anything you have some psychological issues that you would do well to address. Therapy and counselling are a common an successful method of confronting and resolving such issues I am reliably advised.

The truly hilarious bit is watching someone acting so irrationally yet insisting that their behaviour is rational and reason-driven, when no 'phobia' can ever be. It makes as much sense as someone trying to argue rationally that the Earth is flat not round.

It might help move matters along at this point to adopt the distinction, standard in political science textbooks, between Islam and Islamism.

that was very interesting, thanks for the link. And I noticed that no where in that link did it suggest that islam or islamism was a race.

You're not above exploiting the terrible abuse suffered by those children in order to try to make a point. That's what you are saying.

Paraphrasing in the hope of making the meaning clearer, since I'm obviously addressing a non-English speaker, that statement says that I would be willing to link it to back someone off from exploiting a tragedy by pointing out that that stick can swing both ways.

If you are suggesting that it's the UK posters who are prone to exploiting tragedies, I'll leave it to them to deal with you.

crazyml -> RE: Rotherham child abuse and the cover up (9/1/2014 9:34:37 AM)

Wriggle wriggle bounce bounce.

Your meaning is very clear: you would be willing to exploit the abuse that those young women suffered in order to make a point.

You said it, and now you're wriggling. I really don't see why you should be allowed re-imagine what you said, because you've said it and we know how much importance you place on people's original words, when it suits you.

It's pathetic to watch, it's undignified, sad.

I feel a little sorry for you
