I'm really not sure what your point is about slavery, considering the largest ongoing slave trade today is perpetrated by Islam in North Africa. Whining about sex slavery in the Bible is pretty poorly timed too,considering the recent events in Rotherham by Islamic rape gangs, and the fact that sexual slavery is condoned in the Quran as well as the Bible.

The primary disconnect here seems to be your inability to come to grips with the fact that Christians are no longer running slave trades in the 21st Century. Nor are they using their religion as an excuse to rape little girls

Its the same mindset thats crippling an appropriate response to the ideology in general, world wide, and from politicians of most every allegiance

I am not advocating for war, but for honesty. Islam is a dark ages cult of personality bent on total world domination at any cost

There are peaceful factions, but the core teachings of their scriptures are reprehensible and that is what needs to be put on the table and discussed in very frank terms

I quite agree.

You can discuss it all you like.
The problem is well known.
The problem is.... nobody in this world is going to sit down and say it to their faces.

It truly needs to be said and in unambiguous terms: "your basic religious tenet is anathema to world peace and must be changed at it's core".
If they cannot control their own factions and allow (and even promote) Jihadist teachings, then the rest of the world needs to step in and eradicate all those that are trouble-some.
This, of course, would lead to a global war of Islamics against everyone else; but I see no other sensible option.
