I can't believe I am going to say this but I think he is right on this one.

Why are there so few Whites or Asians (or whatever) in the inner city then?

I have a very high IQ... By the numbers I test at around a 145 IQ and my brothers all test in the 120's.

I feel for your brothers with their dim 120 IQs. Did you tell them they were dim?

Ya know, this "we are all the same" stuff really gets to me.

Why would I treat a black person differently? Well, when I was working on medical imaging equipment and taking an x-ray of a black person (or Native American) I had to turn the kV up by 5 in order to get a good x-ray. Their bones are denser.

This is a generalization. It may be true for 60% of the population but we both know it isn't uniformly true. Did you really assume the frail elderly black woman had denser than average bones?

Frail elderly black women are not typically x-ray techs (I never met one that could be described as such) and so after installing or fixing a machine, we were not testing it on them.

But you do x-ray them don't you? And that is what you were writing about when you discussed turning up the machines intensity to compensate for higher bone density. So did you do it when you x-rayed frail elderly black women or not?

No. I was a service engineer. (Hence my comment: "after installing or fixing a machine, we were not testing it on them." If you would have read what I wrote.) I did not go to x-ray tech school. There are little booklet things which tell you the positioning of limbs and such and give you the size limits. My guess is that, yes, you DO have to turn the kV up on frail elderly black women in comparison with frail elderly white women.

Live testing is not that common.

The fact is there is overwhelming evidence the Earth is warming and no other cause exists but human activity. You can search all the reputable science journals till you're blue in the face but you're not going to find any research that is supportive of negative position. The facts are no longer subtle. Glaciers have receded drastically, plants and animals have moved pole ward, climate patterns are shifting, the seas are rising due to them being warmer and the ice caps are melting. If that isn't enough to convince people I really don't know what it will take.

No other causes exist but human activity? So the active volcanoes are not affecting it at all? And what about the oceans, don't they play a part in the environment as well. Or what about the animals who run around farting. I have heard from some wacko vegetarians that all we need to do is outlaw eating meat and kill all those flatulent animals (and you thought meat eaters were blood thirsty) but I suppose this explains why there wasn't any global changes before man was around. But wait, there was. So what was causing it back then? So maybe this explains why you have such trouble convincing people that you know what you are talking about. Now on your planet people might pay more attention to you if you lie first, but I have never noticed that that works well. In fact the more you lie, the less likely I am to believe anything that might follow. So if you want to convince people that you are telling the truth, you shouldn't start by posting bullshit like this.

Volcanoes erupt all the time. If they always caused the globe to warm we would be Venus. Is it presently 700 degrees? Do you even think?

Raising animals for human consumption is human activity. Look for the bolded words in my first post. then get someone to explain them to you.

And you've obviously either not heard of, or completely dismissed, the various cycles that have been happening to this earth long before man came upon it??

Cows weren't around much then either, although various other ruminants were.

So what happened in all those other heat waves and ice ages that the earth has had over several billion years??
Are you still adamant that man was the cause of them too??
Sometimes blinkered sight is worse than no sight at all.

Except that it has not warmed for 16 to 26 years, depending on whether you choose the surface temperature record or one of two satellite records of the lower atmosphere.

And Germany is not even attending the climate change UN party this year, along with several other countries.

So then, the scientists quoted in these articles are all right wing shills?

www.forbes.com/sites/larrybell/2013/08/21/the-new-york-times-global-warming-hysteria--ignores-17-years-of-flat-global-temperatures/

www.climatedepot.com/2014/03/04/update-global-temperature-no-global-warming-for-17-years-6-months-for-210-months

(By the way, one of the graphs within the second article comes from the satellite systems used by the climate change believers.)
Then, there is:

www.forbes.com/2014/02/25/Greenpeace-co-founder-tells-u-s-Senate-earths-geologic-history-fundamentally-contradicts-co2-climate-fears-we-had-both-higher-temps--and-an-ice-age-at-a-time-when-co2-emissions-were-10-times/

And we know that the Greenpeace co-founder probably golfs with Rush Limbaugh whoever he can get away, right?

Following a couple of the internal links in those articles leads us to neatly phrased claims about deep ocean heat that employ terms like "implying" and "apparently," which implies that apparently you are not really capable of distinguishing facts from speculation.

You mention being smarter than [most of] your peers. How were you smarter than your peers? What do you think might have caused the discrepancy between your intelligence and that of your peers?

I just am. I have a very high IQ. I learn faster and integrate knowledge better than most people.

Whether it is genetic or some quirk of upbringing is still unknown. My siblings are smart but not as smart a I am. By the numbers I test at around a 145 IQ and my brothers all test in the 120's.

They should demand a recount.

Politifact has an interesting article on how that bullshit was concocted:

quote:

ORIGINAL: http://www.politifact.com/rhode-island/statements/2013/aug/25/steve-goreham/global-warming-skeptic-says-global-surface-tempera/
Our ruling

Steve Goreham said "Global surface temperatures have been flat for 16 years."

The databases we checked generally show small increases during that period, but not enough to be statistically significant, thanks to a short timeframe and a starting point that included an unusually warm year in 1998.

That's why, at the same time, NOAA data clearly show that global temperatures in 15 of the last 16 years have been the hottest recorded.

So Goreham is correct that the temperature trend has been flat, but it's flat at record highs. Because his statement reflects cherry-picked numbers and leaves out important details that would give a very different impression, we rate it Half True.

Wow, both the "stupid" gambit and the "liar" gambit in one post. You must be nervous. Fraud is fraud, bozo. It's not just happening in the U.S. (see here and here). Odd how con men are the easiest to con. Have a cookie.
