I worked for a French couple once. They were a cold, apathetic bunch. I later worked with a French chef. He was aging and bitter, but had a soft spot for his female coworkers. French people are a mix, just like any other nationality.

I've had loads of good experiences with French stuff; French fries, French toast, French dressing, and my favorite French dish is a French sœur sandwich... one the best freakin sandwiches EVA! Jus sayin
