A two-year investigation by the Republican-controlled House Intelligence Committee has found that the CIA and the military acted properly in responding to the 2012 attack on a U.S. diplomatic compound in Benghazi, Libya, and asserted no wrongdoing by Obama administration appointees.
Debunking a series of persistent allegations hinting at dark conspiracies, the investigation of the politically charged incident determined that there was no intelligence failure, no delay in sending a CIA rescue team, no missed opportunity for a military rescue, and no evidence the CIA was covertly shipping arms from Libya to Syria.

Shocking how that didn't get wall to wall coverage on FNC when the report was issued yesterday.

ETA: I'm glad they didn't find any proof of wrongdoing during the attack. Now, how about we look at the Administrations lying about who and why?

Thanks for playing.

No

I was referring primarily to the massive propaganda efforts

These leftists didnt want the fact that every Democrat on the hill (going back beyond Bill Clinton) backed the liberation effort and was fully aware of all the available intelligence prior to the invasion spilled all over the place

They knew their propaganda would be ruined by the truth

Well since the topic is a chant of Congressional Republicans, I thought you'd like to stay on topic. I know how you get when people try to deflect the topic. [8|]

There's a reason he's Bush Lite. When it suits your purpose, they're all the same. When it conflicts with your parroted talking points, they're different in your mind.

It's hard to have discussions with you since you cling so hard to falsity. It's no "secret" that "every Democrat on the hill" supported the invasion (it's hardly been a "liberation"). They did vote, you know, as a matter of public record.

But there is nothing trollish about it, you are the one spewing geysers of stupid nutsucker mindless propaganda and jingos. He commented on it in context.

How about that, 7 nutsucker run investigations so far, all finding there was no conspiracy or coverup in these 4 deaths. Amazing. And how many times are we gonna repeal Obamacare instead of fixing it?

If you look in the report you will find where this was addressed as well. It was determined that immediately following the attack all available intelligence pointed to a protest over the video. So the information given out by the Obama administration was correct. Later it was determined to be both a protest and a terrorist attack. Otherwise EVERY thing was truthful...correct...and handled properly and professionally.

There is no getting around the fact the the Republican party falsely accused the administration of incompetence and wrong doing simply for political gain.

*NO*....I think....EACH AND EVERY American that bashed the President and his administration over this should....APOLOGIZE....to the President's and the administration's sanctification. Since all these people keep demanding the same from the President on a daily basis; would be curious if any of them have the stones, to accomplish the same in return.

Of course, we know....NONE....of them have the guts nor wisdom to do such a huge task. That would be asking to much of conservatives and libertarians in the nation. We even have a searchable forum here on Cm of all those individuals that ....Happily.....bashed the President and his administration over this issue.

As to the second part DS? The Bush administration....LIED...on many things. Where was all the outrage on the forums by conservatives and libertarians? I could drop a pin to the floor in that room, and be blown off my feet by the shockwave from a hundred miles away! That's the problem conservatives and libertarians have on each and every issue in the United States: LACK OF CREDIBILITY.

Yes, the Obama administration has lied on things, or did things not to my sanctification. Yet, I realize, that the President doesn't answer to be alone. Most conservatives and libertarians are bullshit, that the President doesn't answer to each and every tiny whim of their individual selves. He answers to the American people....all...100% of them. In fact, if we applied the US Constitution correctly, he's accountable to..."all persons found under the government's control". That would mean those illegal immigrants as well....

So it wasn't a conspiracy just a coverup and incompetence.
PS This also debunks the conspiracy theory that the Republicans didn't care about the facts.

Thanks for that analysis, Butch. Looks like there are an awful lot of people that need to apologize for their behaviors, myself included.

President Obama, I apologize for all the incorrect things I stated regarding your handling of the Benghazi situation.
