Status: offline 		to all the D's out there.if i may ask...can you tell me please why some Masters do not go down on there slaves...is it a feeling of loosing the D factor or what i am confused..please help me with your points of view

I did ask myself a similiar question, as in going down on my slave if it makes me less Dominate and it doesn't by a long shot hehe. My slave asked wasn't she suppose to be the one going down on me most of the time and I said NO , it's my pleasure to do as I wish.

There isn't anything inherently Dominant or submissive about oral sex. I, at times, enjoy giving my sub a blow job. It is who is in control of any act that makes it a dominant or submissive.

Status: offline 		As mentioned by other, it will vary from Dom/me to Dom/me. This is not something that would make them more or less dominate in any way. It is just their personaly preference. I personally enjoy going down on my slave. I do know there are those who do not, that is their choice and in my opinion their loss.

My answer is usually the same, if you find out why they wont go down on their subs/slave I'd like for you to let me know because I really don't understand. I get that people (even in a vanilla context) have preferences that lead to them liking or not liking oral sex. What I don't get is this idea that going down on your slave some how makes one less Dominant, that bit of pretzel logic just escapes me.

Status: offline 		Like there is just one reason? Everyone is different and everyone has their own reasons. But the dominants have the choice not to do so. And some might even be valid, from other's point of view.

For example, maybe it does not encourage the right head space in the submissive. If the submissive views oral sex as a submissive action, it may leave them "out of it" for an extended period.

I think it has more to do with personal preferences, as Estring said, rather than D/s issues. For what it's worth, my perspective is that given that I'm in control of her pleasure, it can be quite "domly", and in general a lot of fun for everyone.
One other issue- practices vary across ethnic lines as well- Caucasian men are more likely than African-american or Hispanic men to give oral sex. There are cultural and religious norms at work here, too.

have any of You found Your subs/slaves had this problem and if so what did You do to help them?

this slave wants so much to be able to please Master by doing this but as she said, she gags quite a bit and gets flustered and embarassed that she does.

Status: offline 		Mmmm, going down on a sub. Now there is a good time waiting to happen. I don't feel that it is in any way relinquishing my dominance. I do it only when I feel like it, and that is it. Because my sub likes it, I try to use it as a treat for learning/doing something well. As an aside, I find it much easier when my sub is bound spread-eagle (much less likely to crush my cranium at orgasm )
