Of course all the other candidates so far snuffling in the trough are so much better than palin, what a group, and I thought the 2012 bunch were nuts.

Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin (R) has helped raise so much money for a pro-Hillary Clinton super PAC that she qualifies to co-chair the group's national finance council.

The group, Ready For Hillary, used comments about Clinton that Palin made over the weekend in Iowa to raise more than $25,000.

"It's going to take more than a village to beat Hillary," Palin said on Saturday. "I'm ready for Hillary. Are you coming?"

Ready For Hillary immediately seized on the comments and emailed supporters, asking them to donate. On Tuesday evening, the group emailed supporters again, announcing that the super PAC had raised more than $25,000 as a result of Palin's comments -- enough to qualify the former GOP candidate for vice president to be a co-chair of Ready for Hillary.

Ready For Hillary said in Tuesday's email that it would wait for Palin to call before officially adding her name to the list of co-chairs.

Palin has said recently that she is "seriously considering" running for president in 2016.

After Palin's speech on Saturday, the Democratic National Committee issued a two-word statement: "Thank you."

I wouldn't be so sure Hilary is their choice.

It's Hilary's choice, sure.

Since she couldn't overcome a black, racist, socialist, foreign born, King, unconstitutional guy that is destroying this country, I don't know why they would run her again, do you?

There are still those who want to see a woman become president -- even if that's Hilary.

And while she's not my favorite, she did do an excellent job as our NY Senator, and while she's done some dumb stuff, she's not herself dumb, and will have learned from her last run and primary challenge. She also has Secretary of State experience to add to it, and while the right wingers will froth at the mouth, that's not an insignificant upgrade in her credentials. She's also fairly conservative, which would help with the blue dog democrats anyway, and maybe independents.

The rapid right (by which I mean one portion of the right, not the entire right) has been dying to run against her since 2006 at least, and have been denied the opportunity. They'd love to take their shots. At the same time, it's not like they're going to take her by surprise at this point.
