The discussion is premised on cloudboy asserting that Iran should get the bomb

Keep up or go away

mnottertail -> RE: Deal reached with Iran (4/8/2015 1:22:08 PM)

Well, I guess you guys can off topic about hallucinatory stuff all you want. Thats the trouble with America though, we are not having honest factual reasonable discourse to solve our real problems, but hallucinatory what ifs and made-up conspiracies to serve as our basis to go forward, like 'fiscally responsible conservatives', with there being no actual conservatives in our political system, nor anyone who is fiscally responsible who plays 'conservative'.

thompsonx -> RE: Deal reached with Iran (4/8/2015 1:33:07 PM)

Well how about my proposal? There is money on the table and I don't see any good reason to leave it there...where is the phoquing free market? It's ours we bought it and paid for it and I think it is time we got a little return on that investment.

Heres a test for you - see if you can find your ass. You can use both hands if you have to

(Iran and its nuclear ambitions IS the topic, your mindless rantings about fiscal conservatives prove that you are just lost)

mnottertail -> RE: Deal reached with Iran (4/8/2015 1:48:41 PM)

No, it is not the topic, because they dont have any.

The topic is the deal being made to keep them from getting any. Something no other administration has done, the other administrations were content to let them continue striving toward getting them.

Once again reality has failed you and you spew geysers of stupidity, pretending that you can find brains enough to pour piss out of a boot, but sadly, it is not so, as you have amply demonstrated.

Sanity -> RE: Deal reached with Iran (4/8/2015 2:17:56 PM)

While the Ayatollahs lead Iran in chants of "Death to America" Barack Obama wants to meet them half way...

Sounds par for the courses Obama and his people play

thompsonx -> RE: Deal reached with Iran (4/8/2015 3:16:10 PM)

What might they say if we took our thumb out of their eye?

JVoV -> RE: Deal reached with Iran (4/8/2015 8:20:13 PM)

Can we send John Kerry to Iran? Like permanently?

Sanity -> RE: Deal reached with Iran (4/8/2015 8:43:00 PM)

Allah willing... [;)]

The article headline:

Why Iran Should Get the Bomb

Nuclear Balancing Would Mean Stability

Backpedal all you want, who gives a fuck

This paper is the source you nominated to support your claim that someone is "handing Iran nuclear tipped missiles". In fact, it is a serious paper by a foreign policy expert suggesting that a nuclear armed Iran would not the the end of the world, but might actually promote regional stability by ending Israel's regional monopoly on nuclear weapons. It is well worth a read (despite your recommendation).

Actually reading the paper will reveal that it no where advocates suggests or approves the idea that any one should "hand Iran nuclear tipped missiles". Your inability to appreciate this salient fact suggests that you are unable to distinguish between "handing Iran nuclear tipped missiles" and ceasing efforts to prevent Iran acquiring nuclear arms, or that for propaganda purposes, you have deliberately chosen to conflate the two. IOW you have deliberately fabricated a lie to support your overall position. I suspect the latter explanation is the one that applies here.

Perhaps a more sympathetic approach would suggest that as you appear unable to distinguish between fact and fantasy you aren't really conscious of the fact that you are fabricating a lie. But either way whatever credibility you may have had on this issue is shot to pieces and that none of your claims or opinions on this issue deserve more consideration than one might afford a shyster selling reservations in Heaven at heavily discounted prices (cash only).

Irans Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei Accuses WH of 'Lying,' Being 'Deceptive,' and Having 'Devilish' Intentions

...earlier this month and in the days since, Obama and his advisers have attempted to portray the negotiations as major step forward. During an appearance in the Rose Garden on April 2, Obama said the U.S. and its allies have “reached a historic understanding with Iran.”

Khamenei does not agree. “There was no need to take a position” on the supposed deal before today, Khamenei said. “The officials are saying that nothing has been done yet and nothing is obligatory. I neither agree nor disagree [with any deal].”

"What has been done so far does not guarantee an agreement, nor its contents, nor even that the negotiations will continue to the end," Khamenei elaborated...

The Ayatollah Ass-a-hole-a hasn't exactly logged a lot of credibility points with me.

I think congress should get to vote on it. Done deal.

Michael
