youre not the first person ive heard say that...but this actually was the contention he had with savannah Guthrie. so my response here would be, like his, "why don't you ask me if I have changed my mind?" which is to say---in rand paul's own words, taking context into account, exactly what issues has paul "flip flopped" on?

Might also be that they are doing it to start they're campaigns and trying to position themselves, while Hillary has no announced competition yet. She's the only runner, thus, she's the front runner, and, nationally, she already has name recognition.
